Green Tea Chiffon Cake 绿茶戚风蛋糕

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 tbsp green tea powder (绿茶粉)
    1 1/2 tbsp boiling water (热水)
    100ml milk (牛奶水)
    50g corn oil(玉米油)
    40g caster sugar (细砂糖)
    120g plain flour(普通面粉或低筋面粉)
    5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
    5 egg whites (蛋白)
    1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
    80g g sugar (细砂糖)
    22cm (9”) chiffon cake pan
    22cm (9寸)戚风烤模,
    以150°C烤45分钟,再改180°C 烤10分钟。
    Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 45 minuets. Then bake at 180°C for 10 minuets.

    I followed this recipe today and the sugar quantity was way too much. It was too sweet so I would lessen the amount of sugar.

      Also I added 1 tsp baking powder into the flour, as well as 1 tsp lemon juice into the eye white 🤗

      mavis mah 还烤的不够干,温度是视个人的烤箱而定,你可以多烤5分钟的
