Ingredients:
3颗鸡蛋 55g左右
低筋面粉45g
牛奶 50ml
植物油 30ml
细砂糖 35g
抹茶粉 5g
玉米淀粉 1.5g
少许柠檬汁
鲜奶油 250 + 炼乳 20g
鲜奶油 350 + 炼乳 30g
抹茶粉10g
模具: 6英寸 圆形(直径15cm)
烘烤温度和时间:140℃(285℉) 烤箱上下火烤制50分钟

Low gluten flour 45g
Milk 50ml
Vegetable oil 30ml
Caster sugar 35g
Matcha powder 5g
Cornstarch 1.5g
lemon juice
Whipping cream 250g + Condensed Milk 20g
Whipping cream 350g + Condensed Milk 30g
Matcha powder 10g
Baking time & temperature:
Bake in a preheated oven at 140℃(285℉)for 50 minutes ( Top & bottom heat)
Mold size: round pan 15cm

Thank you for sharing this with me. Over-whipping can be remedied, just add a little whipping cream and fold gently with a spatula, and it will become smooth again. 😄

white is beat to firm, matcha cream a bit softer than that, do not worry about the timing, just look at the state of the cream, because our temperature, brand of cream, or egg beater power are different.

may i ask what is that in between the small bowl and the big bowl when your whipping the cream? Is that a heating pan or somethings
When I whip the cream, the small bowl store the cream while the large bowl is kept cold with ice packs to keep the cream more stable.😄

Please do not apply oil or butter to the mold, the cake will collapse.

谢谢你的留言,鲜奶油做的奶油霜,可以辅助加一些稳定奶油的配料,但没有绝对扛热的奶油霜,只有减缓融化速度。 如果想室温存放的还是建议制作butter cream。😄

太棒了😍但是不太建议换成淡奶, 会影响打发,如果不喜欢炼乳可直接替换糖,糖的比例一般是奶油的7-10%

炼乳不是含糖很高的吗😂
你可以这么理解,一般打淡奶油都是放8%~12%糖,也就是250的淡奶油需要放20~30的糖,而影片中的250淡奶油仅仅放了20g的炼乳
而炼乳的含糖量是每100g有54g
换算来看也仅仅是10g左右的糖罢了
