- When it comes to loopers, finding the right pedal can make all the difference.
I can't speak for every looper pedal ever made, but I can choose from some of the 4 most popular pedals: the Boss RC-5, Boss RC-1, TC Electronic Ditto X2, and the Clone Looper.
Each pedal offers unique features and capabilities, but I think people are generally wrong about the best one to get for beginners.

Dig the vids! If loopers want to rule the market they need a count in feature. And a 1, & a 2, & a 1, 2, 3, 4. Akka-Dakka baby!!!
Audio quality relates to hertz, not bit.
Bit resolution relates to volume tracking.
Sampling rate is the amount of samples per second the pedal calculates and plays back.
Volume resolution is not very important since you dont record like, orchestra into the loop. While sampling rate is 100% relevant to all audio recordings.
The RC-1 allows you to delete silently when used with the FS-U and other external footswitch units.

@@andrewsiemon yeah I find the pedal really useful on all the compact boss loopers as well.
@@thevagabond8978 Yeah that certainly makes me like the RC-1 more. I've never actually tried my FS-7 footswitch with it before.
I was able to find the Ditto X2 Looper on Guitar Center before he was able to tell me I wouldnt be able to find it lol
