hey dear it’s very easy to lose weight it take some patience and your dedication i jst turned 17 and i was 80 kg and i gave 4 months dedicatedly to my weight loss.. i didn’t exercise at all ..all i did was completely eliminated junk food.. like all the package food nd refined flour and sugar instead of sugar i use to take gud (jaggery)...and it helped me to lose 5kg in 1.5 months ☺️and i’m now perfectly fit and eliminated all my junkkk and i did not eat junk at all

I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.

It is very effective you can download that and also you have to be determined and have to be regular towards your workout because you can only see results after some time is passed and also go for running atleast once a day.. you'll see results in 4 to 5 months.. Hi siso, I lost 11 kg in 1 month without any diet. I have done only exercise for 1 hour a day only. I don't know how it happened 😂😂😂. Now I am 42kg at 13 years 😘.
