N i ate every 2 hrs with breakfast being the most fulfilling n dinner being the lighest. Had my dinner till 7pm . Chewed every bite 32 times. For workout I followed youtube videos of chloe ting , lilly sabri, pamela reif n walked 1 hr after dinner . I followed all this for an year n lost 35 kgs.

The tv remote, your phone, your charger, your cup of tea, your book, and so on. JUST DO IT YOURSELF! Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 min workout you can loose 2 to 3 kgs in month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly slowly.
I don't even know this girl, but I'm so proud of her already. I know the terms bullies use for over weight people. And the thing which hurts the most is some of these bullies are our friends and relatives. Plus many people tell that losing weight is easy and all but it's not because it really seeks hard work and dedication. I really like you because atleast you are true and not like those fake people who put on fake shows just to gain views.
