- My drone has crashed countless times, and I'm tired of pouring money into it. At this point, half the sensors don't work and to rely on it for scheduled videos is a liability. Time to give it a proper send off!
I bought that DJI Mavic Pro back in 2016, and it's amazing that it has lasted this long. There have been times where I crashed it so far away that it was a miracle we found it. I've climbed into tall trees to recover it. We have replaced camera modules, gimbals, batteries, countless propellers, and even body panels.

In his Instagram story he said he wasn’t even sure if he would break even on this video because it’s technically “dangerous and in a uncontrolled environment” so it would be a cool series but if he doesn’t make money off of it he doesn’t have much of a reason to do it

Kevin wears a helmet with a bowl of fire gel fixed to the top and sits at the top of the garden course on his bike, the drone flies up with a flame beneath and lights him like the Olympic flame and he has to do a PB down the entire Berm Peak course
Kevin has to do a lap of Berm Peak while the drone is TRYING to light the gel on the helmet 😁
This will result in the peak being on fire, and the house surrounded by a bushfire of their own making.

I have just been sitting here contemplating reasons to live and then I watch this video thought about how you inspired me to buy a drone and micro crawler last winter and now I feel a whole new energy and reason for living again now with so many more ideas and experiments to do it's awesome I just need to charge batteries and get going. Spring is here snow is melting drones and micro crawlers are ready for experiments, thank you!
As a dad, Kevin reminds me of a grown-ass toddler. Like, if he's hanging out in my garage with me, I'm a little worried all the time what he's going to do. But if I turn around and he had disappeared, I'm instantly like 10 times as worried.

My Mavic Pro still cost me a fortune. I couldn't afford a one new off the shelf so I built it from spare parts from Aliexpress. It still flies straight and true in 2021. To see you doing this with it....
This was fun to watch lifting the mini crawler on the roof then back down I thought the party was gonna end there but taking out the garbage lid was a great action shot

Hi Seth, I just broke my collarbone and had an AC joint separation on a bike crash all while being the age of 12. I landed on my shoulder from about 6ft in the air off of a ramp. I’m pretty sure I did something similar to what you did back on berm creek. Your videos are going to get me through try his injury and I thank you for that.

Oh my Gosh...best laugh in the morning for a long time!!! Kind of like watching Dumb and Dumber but smarter LOL!!! Have the drone carry a hot flame over a big rubbish pile soaked in gas so the flames ignite in a large burst and film the drone flying out of the burst. Maybe on the top of the rubbish pile is the logo of your favorite..or least favorite RUclipsr..the possibilities are endless. I look forward to whatever you do with this thing next.
you definitely need to do a few episodes using the drone to airlift the mini crawlers onto weird spots you normally couldnt get to.... or just airlift stuff because that would have been all I did back when I was a kid.

I totally see what Seth was talking about in Instagram about videos being dangerous for advertisers. Try to fly a lit torch. Flying a hammer. Flying a knife full speed to a target. Etc.

1. A handful of hobby rocket motors strapped to it.
2. Parachuting mini crawler (a spare spare servo, receiver, and rubber bands should get you headed in the right direction here. Name of the game here is higher the drop the better, lower the opening the better)
3. slo-mo jumps of RC over the drone
4. since you already made a release system in option 2, now its time to deploy ziploc bags of gas over a fire. Keep lowering altitude till you have the shot.
5. Huge MTB tail whip to smash her mid air. RIP whoever volunteers for this one.

Bro, you could use this so much when playing with the microcrawlers. Like you know buil something kn your roof, take the crawler through the drone to the roof, have someone put the rig there. Also you can net around your ood to prevent it from falling. You know those pretend toys, like lego firman set or some thing like that. Well you can build a better one. And theres a pkus to it too, your child can play with it once shes big enough. Bro this is awesome. I can think of so many ways this is good, that my brain is releasing endorphins rn.

Hi man, try resetting the drone (if you can actually do that) and then use it as a backup or something. Or just use it as a fulltime method to transport your rc cars to scetchy places lol.
