In 20 minutes of abs training, my entire body was crushed and my whole body stiffened. I did this exercise many times and it improved my abdominal muscles. Thank you very much for giving me the motivation to do it.

i always find it better to do lower abs first, then upper abs, then obliques. So I jump to the middle of the video first, return to the beginning, then to the end to finish with obliques. Great exercises Rowan. Day 3 of using your routein. I can see and feel a difference already!! .
Towards the end I started to have tension (/pain) in the neck; felt like my neck muscles were sore/weak, which made it harder to reform some exercises. Any advice how to strengthen the neck muscles and/or what’s best to do in such situations?

I will challenge myself tomorrow with this one .. just seen the intro and it’s right up my street .. I’m getting there with my four pack 😉a woman of a certain age I’m not doing too badly .. these exercises are proper old schools they’re ace 👍🏻 x
