So just want you to know about this. I usually hop around the net looking for who does the best example of what ever flower I’m planning on for a quick tutorial. Yours always seem to be prettiest! You have a real sense of what works. Thanks for sharing it!

Hi Emma 👋 your watercolor pansies are really beautiful 👍 the one thing I really love about you Emma is that whatever tutorial you are demonstrating you always go step by step and say what brushes and materials you are useing and to me personally as an absolute total beginner that is a good crafter so thank you so much for taking the time to post a really lovely tutorial ....Hope you and all have a nice weekend Lin in South Wales uk 💞🦋🐕👍

Emma, very handy tutorial for pansies. I have been making greeting cards using your techniques for different flower motifs. My wife loves them and so do the people she gives them to. I made a Valentine yesterday for my daughter using invented flowers with petals shaped like hearts. I scored some serious "chick points" both with her and my wife. Now they both want more! Thanks for posting.

I love this. My grandma always had pansies, so they remind me of her. Your tutorials are always so clear and I want to paint these myself. I have a bunch of yours I want to do. I have a teeny problem. It took me a long time to splurge on Arches paper and it is so good. I love it! But it seems so precious to me that I'm afraid to use it! I've done some floral and bird paintings on 3" x 3" pieces of paper. Haha! Maybe I'm on my way to becoming a hoarder!

Absolutely beautiful... Im going to do these next. BTW, I just learned From another RUclipsr that RUclips has a speed up or slow down option that can be operated from an icon in either the right upper corner or the right lower corner. My iPad has it in the three dots in the upper right hand corner. Sometimes I only have limited time to watch these so I tend to speed up so I can catch it all before I have to go back to work.

I am scared to paint the leaves because it somehow looks unnatural or out of place or something. Maybe I can just omit the leaves and it can just be a painting of a pressed pansy :D
