i tried painting a beach for testing the paper as a beginner i think it turned out pretty well but i didnt have white paint so i used a white spray paint and it ruined it :((

My wife spends hours upon hours in her little corner of the basement (her "studio"), making watercolor greeting cards with your videos playing non-stop! (P.S. She occasionally does some laundry while she's down there. lol)
I never tire of seeing these types of videos! I love simplistic florals and leaves. I’m a very minimalistic person so painting things like this that don’t have too much detail is right up my alley! Great video, Shayda!

My favourite things to paint are landscapes! I simply love how colours interplay in natural sceneries to make the most perfect colour palettes ever! I feel like it’s a great way to relax and to learn what colours go well together.

I spent years developing my own INDIAN INK PAINTING/ SKETCHING STYLE . I LOVE to do RACE HORSES, BIRDS of PREY ,DOGS, CASTLES and OLD SAILING SHIPS. I am now going on 60 years and I have never experienced the PLEASURE of LEARNING WATER COLOUR or OIL PAINTING. I Found MANY BRANDS after doing my homework I FEEL I will REALLY LIKE to BUY 2 BRANDS that seem to be GREAT or BEGINNERS or PRO PAINTERS. ARTEZA and FABER-CASTELL.Just by CHANCE I took another LOOK on utube and your VIDEO came up . I WATCHED and am VERY IMPRESSED with not only your SKILL at WATER COLOUR PAINTING. Tess Lynn there is many very decent quite cheap watercolours..I would Recommend White nights as amazing watercolours for price of student quality,to me best price-quality ratio,love them more than some much more expensive ones I have,hope it helps
Its always very challenging to handle watercolor for me. Sometimes it is overwhelming, i dont want to mess up anything or even the paper.. i am just starting to figure out this medium..

I have the same issue. Always scared of ruining a piece of paper but in the end it shouldn't matter if you mess up you are still practicing. Challenge yourself with art i know it's hard but ~let go~

Flowers and birds are my favorite paiting subjects, both are so beautiful and colorful :).
Hands down my very favourite things to paint are flowers!!! Any medium including watercolour, watercolour pencils, coloured pencils, pen and ink and acrylic paint. The brighter the better. ☺
