I love the new arrangement, I think it’s all about how you use the living room the most, if it’s tv focused then this just makes more sense (imo)

Loved the life yapping, it’s definitely important to hear from content creators alike. I’m glad that you’re happy to share the emotions and thoughts you’re having whilst having made that career decision of content creation full time. In particular, you mentioned how the line between your work and life is now sort of blurred as your life is almost your work too. Not that I’ve got a career in making content but as I want to start growing my own pages, I find that fact very relatable/ understandable.
Your ‘solution’ to start making almost boundaries similar to a 9-5 job is definitely a workable idea to help with sectioning out time for both work and relaxation in the same space.
Bit of a yap but anyways, love the vlogs Eric 👏🏼

Lovely video 😍 and don’t forget: as a homebody, your city is your home too so it makes sense to explore it to feel most comfortable in it. Keep it up!

It's great to see a RUclipsr talk about how they are feeling, I don't see it as complaining, it's very human and it's something we can all relate to to a certain extent. I highly recommend you to check out the book Atomic Habits though if you want to learn to manage your work life balance especially since your house is starting to feel like your office. You should probably dedicate only certain parts of your house as your work area while others for relaxation only since our bodies will start to associate those places with those activities, mixing them might leave you feeling confused because associations with an environment becomes a habit
    Also great vlog as always

Fun fact! Cooking or prepping meals for yourself is highly therapeutic and cathartic because whilst prepping your food you brain is sending signals to your body that you’re about to eat! This improves digestion, appetite and sense of accomplishment! This is why takeout or fast food is additionally less healthy regardless of what it is you’re eating or why your body might get upset after eating food so suddenly! His cooking thoughts reminded me so I wanted to share 🥰

I can relate to the struggles of working at home. It's crazy because you have more time to relax but then you don't really relax because you think about a lot of things and end up doing more things. I really need to balance things out between my life and work.

I trained my cat to fetch. I just treats when he brought back the toy. Then eventually, I didn’t have to food reward. The reward becomes another toss of the toy.
Good luck! Cats are super trainable.

I'm 'new' to your vlog ... and I enjoy how simple and graceful it is. Do you have a designated office space? I don't see it in any of your uploads, save the one where you gathered the speakers for the TV from a desk that was upstairs, but I don't see that area shown anyplace else.

Hello Eric, Just a quick tip with your mic. It sounds like the gain of it was pretty high and there is a pretty harsh limiter on it. It's maybe inside of your device or you set it up in post. Either way, try to bring the gain down a little and your audio will sound way nicer and more pleasing to the ear. If you have any queations, just let me know. I'would love to help you out. Peace

You'll figure it out, being fluid vs. corp structure to day takes some getting used to. Work/life personal balance you basically are a lifestyle/living channel so perhaps would be easier to define what is "confidential/personal" (no share zone) and setting a realistic production volume to not get burned out. Perhaps think of or do Ikigai charting. and keeping thoughts notes... this could help you stay on production that contributes to your growth and happiness... vs. worrying about viewers who are along for the ride, perhaps resonate with some topics your tribe will find you.

hmmm i think quite well, I've had mine for over a year now and the only place i notice wrinkles are in the front/middle of the cushions, but even then its not super noticeable!

I find it a little mad as someone from the UK, that it’s so “normal” for Americans to talk about how they work 50-60 hour weeks and finishing at 8/9pm (also the fact that you guys only get 2 weeks holiday?!)
Should be normalised to only work contacted hours (eg 37.5/40hrs a week)
