You might consider taking your multivitamin in the morning to improve your sleep quality. Vitamins like B’s and D actually wake your body up and/or disrupt the production of melatonin.
It is actually good to leave the yellowing leaves on for a bit! The plant is taking the nutrients out of them before they turn brown. Not the most ascetically pleasing option though for sure.
I want to add more plants to my house and this plant tour has given me good ideas. Thank you for doing that and sharing your life with us, Eric! I always enjoy watching your videos :)
Of course! Thank you for watching :)
the "mini monstera" is actually not a monstera at all, it is called Rhafidifora tertrasperma! and the botanical name of the umbrella plant is called Shefflera arboricola, also the money tree is a pachira aqautica ( i work at a botanical studio so i wanted to spill my knowledge a bit
With the yellow leafs: The plant takes nutrience from them when they yellow to get to the other leafs so no need to remove them but also not bad if you do :)
Actually picking yellow leaves off some plants is not recommended. It’s plant dependent, but for some plants when the leaf is turning yellow it actually means the plant is sucking the nutrients out of that leaf to use elsewhere ie sacrificing that leaf to survive. Alocasia is an example of that. As usual, lovely watching your videos!
Also picking leaves that aren’t easily pulled off can lead to wounds for infections.
The one you have no idea what it’s called looks like a Philodendron
Oook good to know! Thank you for letting me know :)
Came here to say the same! :)
These shots are absolute fire. Love the colour grading and vibe here.
Young new creator here - hoping to storytell like this soon.
Thanks for your videooooo, you have such a beautiful way to see the life. Thanks :)
thank you! i really appreciate that :)
omg i just found you on ig reels and the description said you had a yt channel, I came here cuz I love the vibes you give there and your vids are not the exception! tysm for sharing with us a bit of your life. I loved your apartment and plants, new sub, take care 🤍
Love your MTV plant tours fr, really happy to see you enjoying your new lifestyle after switching your career. Only up from here!
Love love all your plants, especially the money tree
The climbing plant is a Tetrasperma. I have a few and love it! (also easy to propagate). Good Job on your plants! 👏
I’m digging this video as journal vibe
Ah, plant tour, thank you so much!
this is so wholesome!
had to chuckle at the pan storage in the oven haha! totally relatable.
Overcooked is so fun and also so stressful!
love the plant tour!! And i agree, always pluck off yellow leaves, its not needed, its not providing anymore nutrients to the plant so really its kind of dead weight but thats okay cause theres more leaves to grow. And the plant you dont know the name of is a rhaphidophora tetrasperma, commonly called a mini monstera but not related at all 😅
Have a fun weekend!🍸🌇
you too!
Whenever I see you uploaded I always watch. Haven't missed a single video and most likely won't in future uploads as well. I think it would be interesting to hear if you would ever move out of this loft in the future and what you would do if you did or why
Another Great Video!
Love ur vlogs :)
the plant at 10:19 is a heart leaf philodendron! very similar to a golden pothos and in terms of care as well!
Here for the plant content! 🌱🔋
Succulents require very little watering. Once a month is good enough. Frequent watering WILL kill them immediately.
A few questions and comments.. you keep saying you have a roommate, but I don’t see any of their style or influence in the apartment.. it seems like you choose everything.
How did you move with your plants, I put mine in a bag and carried them, but had some casualties, did you trust movers to care for them.
Ikea rocks for plants, I have found the best snake plants and bamboo there, also they clearance them out as soon and some get a little brown or they get a new shipment.
Never clicked on an upload this fast
Much love!!!
Love your vids, keep up the great work :D
💚
First!
hi eric!!! put the subtitles on youtube and not embedded in the video, so we can translate them into languages other than english!!!
I feel like I am wasting your contents if I don't play your vids in 4K resolution and full screen on my desktop/ iPad. We gotta appreciate the QUALITY! 💯

once again a great video. One question: how do you control your panthella via Alexa? I control all of my lights via the internet, except for my Panthella. Do you use an internet socket for the panthella?
Yep exactly! It’s a smart plug
The name of the plant is "Philodendron Birkin"😊
