- Welcome back to the channel! After traveling for the past few weeks it was amazing to get back into my usual routine. I also chat about some more personal mental health topics and make some apartment updates (wait till the end to see what I got!!).

I like hearing the more personal thoughts! It’s nice. Seasonal depression is something a lot of us can relate to - and with social media being (for the most part) about the good, better, and best in one’s life, it’s nice to have a “hey, I’m human too” moment. A good way to connect and also a good way to get things off your chest if need be. ^^ Best of luck for this winter season.

I just got back from a 15 day cruise and I missed being home so bad..... You're young, good-looking, talented, have a great space to live in. Your content is calming and inspiring. Nothing to be sad about. Just tell yourself, it's okay.

i've definitely been feeling the seasonal depression hit, especially with the limited sunlight we get these days (and working remotely keeps me more cooped up indoors). really looking forward more to the holiday season and once the sun starts setting later and later again after the winter solstice!

What type of light bulb do you recommend for a warm glow? My lamps can handle 60W incandescent or 10W LED (the latter is a weird wattage that is so hard to find!)
