Community members and those with the NAACP are speaking out, saying if this plan goes through, this will negatively impact the city's Black community with longterm implications.

Years ago I was a grocery manager. In Philadelphia PA in north Philly to be exact. And when I tell you the theft of merchandise is unreal please believe me. They steal anything that's not nailed down many stores close due high theft both internal and external. It's really a shame when the stores close because they can't absorb the loss any longer they blame the mayor city council the company that took thousands maybe millions in losses.
