He just pointed out the inequality of how San Francisco and California lawmakers have prioritized Black Lives Matter over Asian Lives Matter. If this group is smart, they will take this perspective into account and work towards solutions that address everyone in San Francisco rather than driving a wedge between our communities. We are all San Franciscans and need to work together and respect each other's perspectives.

Mayor Breed isn’t the cause of crime in the city but as mayor, she is responsible for addressing it or she’ll be voted out of office. For her surrogates to say she’s not responsible is insulting to the electorate. Chino Yang has nothing to apologize for.

What happened to all the talk of “our diversity makes us stronger” that the California politicians like to tout? I think the Asian population has a long history in San Francisco and are just as vested in seeing the city flourish as anyone other group.
