they don't cheat because of that they do it because they enjoy pissing off other people they feed off the anger and are generally people that enjoy watching others suffer.
Like on many games and like it is mainly the case on CS2 for example, people are cheating because they think that all people are cheating. But in reality they are simply better and they can't accept it. So they start cheating and they think that it is legit to cheat against cheaters... The cheat phenomenon in video games is simply an unstoppable downward spiral of shit...
I used to play this game daily. Crossplay. I used to average around 15-20 kills a game and was content and happy with that. Now I hop on every once in a while and I can’t move 15 feet without being domed from nowhere every single time. I think the game is plagued by hackers. It’s unplayable now. Thanks for the video. For HLL i can say got shot couple of days ago thru bushes check the score. There was a guy with over 100 kills after 45 min of play. SKILL ISSUE of me course.
Tbh I never used to claim skill issue on people but the number of blueberries Ive seen lately doing things like running in open feilds then calling hacks is hilarious
The wallhacks are so rampant lately, I've completely lost the desire to play- and I usually play with a dozen or so players with over 2k hours in the game. When garrisons and OP's get charged immediately after placing due to these wallhacks showing enemy garri's and OP's, and you have no place to spawn, the gameplay gets stale and frustrating. I also can't stand the ignorant fanboys that constantly claim there is no cheating in HLL.

@@BurningWiki bra EVERY TIME NOW as soon as you place a garry they go red in 4 to 10 seconds and there taken out. There is also the artillery overlay had people admitting they were using it artillery was killing us with 100% accuracy.
Ok im not the only one. I just started the game after a year, because i wanted to show the game to my friend. We played 3 games and lost all within 15 min. We died so fast no matter where we were going. When i bought the game, i was so into it i played most of my 100hr within a few weeks. I remember going diffrent paths, flanking the enemy, communication with your squad, superb atmosphere. Now the communications is still top, but no matter where u go u die, no matter what tactical position u want to hold, there is always someone to catch u while u try. Im dont hold it against my friend that he didnt want to continue play.
This is how quite a few of the HLL RUclipsr videos look, but without the overlay. Snapping to invisible targets, running all over the place and not dying, etc.
And nobody in the comments ever seem to point it out. Ive seen a few that are so obvious, but the comments are full of praise. Im not just talking about good shooting. I know full well that some people are capable of unatural levels of skill. Ive seen a few where the aim snaps onto targets out of FOV. When they are full autoing one guy that dies, and the aimbot instant snaps to the next target in the same burst of fire. Cheaters can never win. If a bot finds the enemy, and does your shooting for you, then it wasnt you who made the play. The bot did. They sacrifice playing the game for the opportunity to witness a bot play it for them. There is no winning, no losing, you have merely become a pathetic stain that exists to ruin other peoples fun.

come on man this is just stupid, keeping an eye on people because they have 100 kills. its not because you arent able to hit that, that it counts the same for other people. i hit 60-100 kills almost every game that lasts over an hour. that statement makes no sense.@@BurningWiki it's all about game sense and being at the right spot's on the right time's and then you can basicly farm a ton of them. a lot of people just lack proper game sense and that costs them.

There's also a cheat that directs artillery anywhere you want without having to aim at the spot you want to hit and the shell will not have a 20 meter variance, it'll land perfectly on target every time. There's another cheat that let's you know when admins are spectating you, there's another cheat where you can fire infinite rockets from the launchers as well.
That's why I'm giving up on competitive gaming. I don't see a future for competitive games. Whenever a promising new FPS appears, after a few months the game becomes full of cheaters. So you go to Steam and complain and the cheaters themselves make fun of you.

As I said in my own comment, I used to be a developer of such software. I was way younger, starting my coding career and it was (still is) stupid easy to create and stupid lucrative. Most companies opt for super invasive protection that's constantly monitoring a ton of stuff on your system and you never know who is behind such monitoring software or with who they do business with. Even DRM software is super invasive to your system and, it might sound like paranoia, but it's the reason I run all of the games that require a DRM (besides Steam) and any kind of anti-cheating software from a completely different stand-alone hard drive where no passwords or sensitive information is stored. I don't even check my emails when using that drive/boot. That's how invasive most of these stuff are... I now work in CyberSec and I can verify that it is very easy to secure your game from cheaters but most companies don't really care that much and just opt for 3rd party protection. Finally, do you really want to play something when you run the risk of leaking sensitive data and the company that supplies you that entertainment does not really care? If someone even by the age of 10 (in 2004) can make an aimbot, with barely any coding experience, can you even imagine what someone who is actually looking to collect data or harm a system can do? The cheatware showcased in the video is fairly simple and that goes to show how little companies care and how easy it is to bypass EAC or similar services... Also, cheatware is not even categorized as malware by most countries of the world so it perfectly possible and legal to make a living releasing a new aimbot each week for different popular games. It would take someone with a small degree of skill and language knowledge somewhere between a few days to a week to create malware like the one in the video and all they can do is ban the specific script from running and all the creator has to do to bypass that ban is to simply rename the script, that's how easy it is. That's how little they care.
I know what you mean... ITS THE SKILL ISSUE. A lot of problems is also over making overlooks on battlefields for admins. So that makes them cheaters too... and they dont give a fuck about anybody else cheating. If you ask me only solution are like play clubs with some kind of fee. And active admins that looks for cheaters.
@StrigoiVampire Yep, gave up competitive gaming also many years ago. Voodoo Gpu wire frame hacks, latency packet hacks , packet server floods, hit box hacks and so on. This is 20 years ago, so what makes today any different? Just more sophisticated and more accessible to the masses. I just keep to myself , find another server or go to co-op games.

Getting prefired from 300 meters away while I'm on a 20 minute flank with no one even remotely close to me I've slowly transitioned to PVE games where funny enough , I usually always have the highest score on my team, because no one is cheating.
As an ex-cheatware developer, I have to say what is truly unbelievable is how stupid easy it still is to create this kind of stuff. Developers usually never take into account prevention of this software and often opt for SUPER invasive software to prevent scripts and such from running. As I now work on the "other side" it is sad how little even big companies care about securing their game. And it's not even about aimbots etc, once you get past the idiotic "protection" you can run pretty much everything and even get personal information from someone who just happens to be in the same map as you. A game that is full of cheaters is not just annoying or frustrating, it is actually dangerous. Please stay away from such games and the companies that make them...

I subbed and enjoy your content : I am pretty new to HLL , have about 350 hours in. I still suck at it, but I have fun. Been playing online FPS shooters for over 25 years. Seems to be topic that is not talked about much in HLL ands gets squashed pretty quickly , apparently many reasons why its kinda ignored from what I have read in different places. You can find stuff here on youtube about hll hacking stuff if you really look. It makes me sad , and makes hll not fun at times . Some very skilled legit players , but some players that kill me over and over with a headshot no matter where I am on the map is frustrating , players not even a level 20 with a 200+ ping with 150 kills in 30 minutes not doing arty tosses up red flags for me. I just go find another server. I have seen and experienced some crazy stuff over the years, and HLL is no different. As always, I trust my gut..... Get out of game, relax , drink some coffee and find another server.
Teaming is clans have players on opposite sides where they chat on discord letting them know where garrisons and nodes are or they screenshot map and send to clan members so they cXP up

This seemed to happen in my game the other day. Our teammates were helping kill our tank at repair and then teabagging. We couldn't keep a single garrison or OP up at all.
You know when teaming is happening. I was in a game a few months back and we thought we were doing well. We had 4 attack garrisons around an CP. along with 4 rear garrisons at the time. When 4were locked out and taken out all at the same time. 1 or 2 I accept but all 4 at the same time is fishy
as a server admin (and for the sake of staying anon i wont say which) in the last 6 months I've personally server banned over 200 accounts from ESP and over 20 or so from teaming/team spying

@@SenyaEldarov as admins we get privileges to spectate anyone in the game as well as their in game microphones and current positions of other players. we catch cheaters by witnessing them in the act. some are harder to detect than others.
worst part is there are also many server admins that dosnt knwo anything about modern esp shit .. like 10 ppl can tell them its a cheater and they refuse to kick/ban him .. -.-
I dont understand how their software can read the data and input commands and nothing is detected by the game or anti cheat, there must be an easy way to detect surplus of data traffic or something
Cheats read directly from the game engine. Old UE4 cheats were made from developer options, and now their just on another level because UE4 has been out for years.
@@BurningWiki I haven't seen anyone flying, which would be hilarious to see. But I think we all agree that T17, could do a whole lot more to help admins remedy this issue. But since I have looked at thousands of steam accounts who play this game, I can say without a doubt that there are a ton of clans who accept people with previous game bans, even some with bans less than 10 days old. It's gotten outta hand, and I think if the community could come up with a petition to force T17 to do something about it, it most definitely would happen. Possibly a petition. With a month of nobody playing their game, would send a message. There would always be those who think it's a stupid idea, but when there's no one there to build every spawn point, the game would be boring as hell.

I saw a cheater and when I called it out the guy had top score in game. The admin logs on and the cheater doesn't get another kill for 15 minutes. I am pretty damn sure that it notifies them when the admin logs on. Has this been proven?
A lot of community servers have their own comp teams. If an admins saying "hes just that good" its probably just a comp player. And yes comp players are just that good depending on factors ofc, not all comp teams are A+
Yup. Me and my friends have really felt lately that there is a lot more cheaters. Players with rank 1-40 playing soooo good and doing these incredibly unexpectedly kills ALL the time. It is so obvious. How many kills that ”they know”.
Another great exposé BurningWiki. Game devs are being totally ram-raided. Hacks are getting even more advanced and feature-rich! Why aren't anti-cheats? They seem to be losing the 'arms race'. But PUBG devs seem to be working hard at changing their game from a cheat-meme joke into something more dependable. I persisted with HLL for years, despite all the suspicious stuff. Loved the great atmosphere, gameplay and community. But eventually I gave up and haven't played in ages. I've dropped several other PvP titles over the years, for the exact same reason. Compromised. I enjoy the challenge of playing against crafty humans. I enjoy the tension of the unknown. What's around the next corner? So tense. These cheaters don't get any of that fun. And I don't get any fun out of playing a game in fog-of-war, when some players don't have the same restrictions. It's a total waste of my time. I agree that having the devs report on cheating would go a long way towards peace of mind. At least you know something is being done and they are having results. Silence makes it worse, because there's no reassurances that skulduggery is being rooted out. Persistently.

I want to make a big shoutout to all the admins that are doing an impressive work of keeping the community afloat. Without you the game would have been dead, or plagued like EFT or others on the same path. When you are sus, you ticket it to discord, and then in 1-2 matches they come back saying "yes, there was xxxxxxxxx, he was definitely cheating and now he's banned across all bunker server" it's so much satisfying and give a breath of fresh air. You get this conspiracy theorist vibes and then it comes you were right.
thank you for the video, this explains many strange encounters in this silly game. IT should have been a serious game but devs made it so no one can see the Kills/Deaths ratio of their opponents. Yeah sure, they did it on purpose so made the cheaters hard to detect so their game doesn't get easy trashed. The cheaters problems is running the game. Already the game is sinking after the "gamepass" big mistake of devs, the gameplay quality has drop from the sky and now doesn't worth playing it.

I haven't played FPS'S for a long time due to the overwhelming amount of cheating. But I happened to come across Husks videos on RUclips and it looked great fun and I thought you know what let's give it a go. Unfortunately I was immediately disappointed I come across cheaters straight away and got team killed a few times within the first game. Fortunately I downloaded on gamepass so it didn't cost me anything it got uninstalled straight away I have no idea why console and PC are cross play because it's ruined every FPS on console.

GReat video, thank you for that. I have my own little clan with about 20 active players. We play every night, but a few servers are known for cheats, Circle servers are one of them. I have reported so many times and even overlooked cheaters, but unfortunately even their members use cheats. It was written about in many places. This is not something new, and I have over 3500 hours in HLL (I've been playing since 2019), so I know what I'm talking about...
At this point I guess I can agree. There are more and more peeps pooping up out of nowhere that are just too good. I wonder where they were a few years ago :D . They appear always only after some cheating tools get available and wide-spreaded. They have one thing in common - they never have videos of their gameplays as proof and they are making the old same excuses for not making ones.

I thought about joining PBS but they required me to be on the discord whenever I played, and that was uncomfortable, but the ability of opposite sides to communicate was a serious no for me, so PBS I'm not getting involved.
i used to play on pbs server untill 1 day they started team killing everyone and putting us on the other team, and visa versa, so than they all knew where the garrisons were and we got overrun, this is a old video from 4 years ago, ruclips.net/video/q02Zh4C0a4s/видео.html around the 15.22 mark, they started teamklling and switching sides. that was aweful because than we had a clan against normal players and we got steam rolled several times because pbs wanted to practice against a unorginized team..... that left a bad taste in my mouth. because in essense they were abusing us to harvest points..
PBS, The Circle, Fliesentisch...,WTH, Phönix, Lazerus just a few of them.....got close to 6k on playtime, 25years of shooter experiance. Dont waste your Time on them join a other server or play a other Game. I know its sad put you cant change it.

Pbs is cheating thru admins right. i played a lot there with my tank crew. Cheaters 100%. Pretty much all clan groups are. The famous and cocky clan SOULSNIPER . I was listening to them in their locked squad how they were saying where was enemy tank and who is inside it. I got 3000 h in HLL i know what i am saying.

Yeah I have around 1,800 hrs I have only seen one blatant cheater spin botting and killing people from across the map. Any other types of cheating are so hard to tell it's unfortunate.

I only ever "try" to play HHL and it always feels like as soon as I get in the open anywhere its instant headshot. There's no point in playing this game.

I have clips of a mg42 doing it at under 200m, when we were crouched in a gutter and had ground level plus a hedge above our head height. the whole squad agreed it was suss. not saying its the case all the time, but its easy to tell when your being abnormally tracked.

This is team 17 money maker thats why they will do nothing about it…this game was made for hacking …no kill shot..no markers…the nemesis is a joke because unless its multiple kills it wont show you who killed you…the point system hides these people with its hokey way of issuing points…face it boys the only way this dying game was sold for the amount it did was it generates a lot on the back end …meaning in my opinion team 17 or their subsidiary is selling the cheat as a revenue earner …just notice your next game how you will be shot at directly without showing yourself at all you will be shot through walls or building you will be protected by the item but you can tell its direct hit even though you are in cover…by the way i have over 2k hours in hll and over 25 yrs of fps shooter games..this is the worst ive ever seen as it is not being resolved in fact it is getting worse

Great Video! For this game, I need to say Community admins are reacting really quickly and admin cam footage helps a lot. To see the ingame level and have 99 Players judging it helps also. Official Servers are crap nobody cares about any cheaters there - so true but 80% of complainers are blueberries with no game sense.
The only game I don't encounter cheaters on a regular basis is Valorant because the anti-cheat system is really good. I tried Hell Let Loose, Battle Bit Remastered and Escape From Tarkov but in all games I got shot from impossible positions without kill cam or any form of knowledge who killed me all the time. Most of the cheaters aren't as blatent as they used to be before because of report systems and sometimes admins that would get suspicious. Instead they use more subtle hacks like wallhacks and ESP nowadays that don't instantly give away their status of a cheater. Maybe we will get A.I. anti cheat in the future that will detect most forms of even the most subtle cheats. Until then most of the online multiplayer games are hard to enjoy nowadays because of the insane numbers of people who think cheating is not that serious.

Yes there are cheaters but the game has a comp scene and good comp players easily drop 100 kills in a single match. You will come across players who are level 200+ who are actually just that good

After almost 1k hours I have also only once seen a blatant hack in game.... but only noticed after a more XP player saw the same thing... An opponent flying a littlebit...!!! But yes, it's helpful to see just what they can do that is damaging the player base of PvP games.
You know I regularly get the itch to play an FPS again. And every time it doesn't take long till I get into fishy plays. Sure, some people are actually good, but really, I'm pretty good too. I land high on the scoreboards of various games when I put effort. Except in CoD when you get SBMM'ed and where various factors aside of playing against increasingly better players mess with your experience. On top of that, the better enemies you have, the more likely is it to play vs cheaters anyways. Bottom line is, I'd really like to play some shooter, but I also don't feel like putting up with this shit. Most Coop games have janky AI, like Ready or Not or Ground Branch. I might even quit, when the other player is just good, actually had a lucky shot, etc. Problem is you just can't know anymore. In BFV if a guys kill count isn't crazy high, people don't see how someone is cheating. Many do heal cheats, revive cheats, spot cheats, or simply play without aimbot that mows the entire team down in 5 seconds, but therefor use a simple wallhack or no recoil. And even something like no recoil, but not using any other cheat is already a lot. It makes you much more confident about your aim, going for Headshots and they just hit better without having to deal with recoil. They still don't end up very high, but I guess it's still more fun than enabling every possible cheat. It actually ruined online games for me. I only opt for Single Players now, and if I have the itch to play online, it's for about one to two weeks till I have enough again and stop playing online for months
6 months later, and it doesn't seem to have improved much. I LOVE it when I can get into a clean match, but it's infuriating when I spend more time looking for a decent server than I do playing the game.
After a year break, I started playing a bit again. I'm realizing the reason I left before. Between obvious exploiters and their garbage hit registration system that they apparently couldn't be bothered to fix in a years time.
The most rewarding part of the game is not even getting a sick K/D ratio. I get it when poor players use cheats to get a taste of succes but HLL is not like Counterstrike, Call of Duty etc where it's just all about fragging.
whats very sad really is lately its gotten bad and ruins the game for alot of others, and alot of the cheaters are either lvl 1 noobs or they are lvl 300+ clan members apart of popular clans , these are the worst ones because they have game sense and their clan members protect them, they even weaponize these cheaters against eachother in comp events, they are good at hiding it admin cam will show you nothing when a toggling wallhackers is ruining a match... they know the parameters of what gets flagged and noticed... they always flood the NA servers around 2-3 am when they are about to de-seed , no admins are ever on that late and they know it.. and there is nothing we can do to stop them...we interviewed a stream sniping cheater once i wish we couldve recorded, the dude spilled everything, they have their own discords and everything, whole communities of these degenerates.. and they all watch eachothers backs, this is what we have to deal with just for wanting to enjoy a video game we paid money for...

@Roovka_ as someone who used to play Counterstrike and COD. It definitely feels like 57%. The amount of confirmation messages I got is astounding. PVP gaming will be completely dead in 2-3 years time, if something is drastically done to combat cheating. There has to be legal consequences. To sit there and think it's not that bad is being naive. If history has taught us anything, it's yhat humans are pieces of shit and will lie, cheat, steal any opportunity they can. ESPECIALLY if there are no consequences at all.

there is no crossplay. the xbox people play on the xbox servers and the pc people play on pc. there is no crossplay between the 2. the console emblem you see means they have a microsoft account not that they are playing on a console. they are still on a PC. where did it ever say that they have added crossplay??

Depends on where you are in the world tbh. I'm in Australia and therefore play on Aussie servers and the vast majority of the community is extremely polite and friendly. Only have issues normally with non-Australians, mainly Americans.

Been playing for years, around 1500 hours and legit only seen 1 for absolutely sure cheater. A few more have been iffy but suspect. It’s good practice to only play clan servers with live admins I haven’t played if a few months but stuff like this along with game pass has made me think if it’s worth starting again or wait until it’s been addressed.
Its definitely not fun playing against cheaters but i would imagine its not fun just running around and pressing the aim and shoot buttons as fast as you can. Shits lame

First of all, no one claims that there aren't cheaters in Hell Let Loose. Second of all, just because it exists doesn't mean it's everywhere all the times. The percentage is so small and if you think otherwise, it's just because you're bad and don't understand why you're dying
Find a good server with constant admin presence to play on. Yeah there's definitely cheats in every game, but much of what the comments are describing are 100% skill issues. Like someone said they got hit by a tank from far away hiding in a bush, well because of the game limitations, foliage doesn't render at a distance and makes people hiding in bushes really easy to see. Especially from the spotters position in the tank where you can zoom in really far. The nice thing about HLL is that infantry kills are such a minor factor in winning a game. Getting stomped in one sector? Go somewhere else. Ez pz spawn a garry and get instant headshot? spawn somewhere else, people find your garrys and will 100% camp them.

I used to play this game daily. Crossplay. I used to average around 15-20 kills a game and was content and happy with that. Now I hop on every once in a while and I can’t move 15 feet without being domed from nowhere every single time. I think the game is plagued by hackers. It’s unplayable now. Thanks for the video. For HLL i can say got shot couple of days ago thru bushes check the score. There was a guy with over 100 kills after 45 min of play. SKILL ISSUE of me course.

The wallhacks are so rampant lately, I've completely lost the desire to play- and I usually play with a dozen or so players with over 2k hours in the game. When garrisons and OP's get charged immediately after placing due to these wallhacks showing enemy garri's and OP's, and you have no place to spawn, the gameplay gets stale and frustrating. I also can't stand the ignorant fanboys that constantly claim there is no cheating in HLL.

Ok im not the only one. I just started the game after a year, because i wanted to show the game to my friend.
We played 3 games and lost all within 15 min. We died so fast no matter where we were going.
When i bought the game, i was so into it i played most of my 100hr within a few weeks.
I remember going diffrent paths, flanking the enemy, communication with your squad, superb atmosphere.
Now the communications is still top, but no matter where u go u die, no matter what tactical position u want to hold, there is always someone to catch u while u try.
Im dont hold it against my friend that he didnt want to continue play.
This is how quite a few of the HLL RUclipsr videos look, but without the overlay. Snapping to invisible targets, running all over the place and not dying, etc.
And nobody in the comments ever seem to point it out. Ive seen a few that are so obvious, but the comments are full of praise.
Im not just talking about good shooting. I know full well that some people are capable of unatural levels of skill. Ive seen a few where the aim snaps onto targets out of FOV. When they are full autoing one guy that dies, and the aimbot instant snaps to the next target in the same burst of fire.
Cheaters can never win. If a bot finds the enemy, and does your shooting for you, then it wasnt you who made the play. The bot did. They sacrifice playing the game for the opportunity to witness a bot play it for them. There is no winning, no losing, you have merely become a pathetic stain that exists to ruin other peoples fun.

There's also a cheat that directs artillery anywhere you want without having to aim at the spot you want to hit and the shell will not have a 20 meter variance, it'll land perfectly on target every time. There's another cheat that let's you know when admins are spectating you, there's another cheat where you can fire infinite rockets from the launchers as well.
That's why I'm giving up on competitive gaming. I don't see a future for competitive games. Whenever a promising new FPS appears, after a few months the game becomes full of cheaters.
So you go to Steam and complain and the cheaters themselves make fun of you.
well it is even faster as is the case with for example hell divers 2, the next day cheats liek aimbot/unlimited ammo and god mode were already ingame being used.

As I said in my own comment, I used to be a developer of such software. I was way younger, starting my coding career and it was (still is) stupid easy to create and stupid lucrative. Most companies opt for super invasive protection that's constantly monitoring a ton of stuff on your system and you never know who is behind such monitoring software or with who they do business with. Even DRM software is super invasive to your system and, it might sound like paranoia, but it's the reason I run all of the games that require a DRM (besides Steam) and any kind of anti-cheating software from a completely different stand-alone hard drive where no passwords or sensitive information is stored. I don't even check my emails when using that drive/boot. That's how invasive most of these stuff are...
I now work in CyberSec and I can verify that it is very easy to secure your game from cheaters but most companies don't really care that much and just opt for 3rd party protection.
Finally, do you really want to play something when you run the risk of leaking sensitive data and the company that supplies you that entertainment does not really care?
If someone even by the age of 10 (in 2004) can make an aimbot, with barely any coding experience, can you even imagine what someone who is actually looking to collect data or harm a system can do?
The cheatware showcased in the video is fairly simple and that goes to show how little companies care and how easy it is to bypass EAC or similar services...
Also, cheatware is not even categorized as malware by most countries of the world so it perfectly possible and legal to make a living releasing a new aimbot each week for different popular games. It would take someone with a small degree of skill and language knowledge somewhere between a few days to a week to create malware like the one in the video and all they can do is ban the specific script from running and all the creator has to do to bypass that ban is to simply rename the script, that's how easy it is.

As an ex-cheatware developer, I have to say what is truly unbelievable is how stupid easy it still is to create this kind of stuff. Developers usually never take into account prevention of this software and often opt for SUPER invasive software to prevent scripts and such from running. As I now work on the "other side" it is sad how little even big companies care about securing their game. And it's not even about aimbots etc, once you get past the idiotic "protection" you can run pretty much everything and even get personal information from someone who just happens to be in the same map as you.
A game that is full of cheaters is not just annoying or frustrating, it is actually dangerous. Please stay away from such games and the companies that make them...

I subbed and enjoy your content : I am pretty new to HLL , have about 350 hours in. I still suck at it, but I have fun. Been playing online FPS shooters for over 25 years. Seems to be topic that is not talked about much in HLL ands gets squashed pretty quickly , apparently many reasons why its kinda ignored from what I have read in different places. You can find stuff here on youtube about hll hacking stuff if you really look.
It makes me sad , and makes hll not fun at times . Some very skilled legit players , but some players that kill me over and over with a headshot no matter where I am on the map is frustrating , players not even a level 20 with a 200+ ping with 150 kills in 30 minutes not doing arty tosses up red flags for me. I just go find another server. I have seen and experienced some crazy stuff over the years, and HLL is no different. As always, I trust my gut..... Get out of game, relax , drink some coffee and find another server.

Teaming is clans have players on opposite sides where they chat on discord letting them know where garrisons and nodes are or they screenshot map and send to clan members so they cXP up

This seemed to happen in my game the other day. Our teammates were helping kill our tank at repair and then teabagging. We couldn't keep a single garrison or OP up at all.
You know when teaming is happening. I was in a game a few months back and we thought we were doing well. We had 4 attack garrisons around an CP. along with 4 rear garrisons at the time. When 4were locked out and taken out all at the same time. 1 or 2 I accept but all 4 at the same time is fishy
as a server admin (and for the sake of staying anon i wont say which) in the last 6 months I've personally server banned over 200 accounts from ESP and over 20 or so from teaming/team spying

@@SenyaEldarov as admins we get privileges to spectate anyone in the game as well as their in game microphones and current positions of other players. we catch cheaters by witnessing them in the act. some are harder to detect than others.

Cheats read directly from the game engine. Old UE4 cheats were made from developer options, and now their just on another level because UE4 has been out for years.

the hll devs put aiming lines into the game, the hack devs use them... everything that the admin can use, the cheat making devs use as well.

A lot of community servers have their own comp teams. If an admins saying "hes just that good" its probably just a comp player. And yes comp players are just that good depending on factors ofc, not all comp teams are A+
Yup. Me and my friends have really felt lately that there is a lot more cheaters. Players with rank 1-40 playing soooo good and doing these incredibly unexpectedly kills ALL the time. It is so obvious. How many kills that ”they know”.
Another great exposé BurningWiki. Game devs are being totally ram-raided. Hacks are getting even more advanced and feature-rich! Why aren't anti-cheats? They seem to be losing the 'arms race'. But PUBG devs seem to be working hard at changing their game from a cheat-meme joke into something more dependable.
I persisted with HLL for years, despite all the suspicious stuff. Loved the great atmosphere, gameplay and community. But eventually I gave up and haven't played in ages. I've dropped several other PvP titles over the years, for the exact same reason. Compromised.
I enjoy the challenge of playing against crafty humans. I enjoy the tension of the unknown. What's around the next corner? So tense. These cheaters don't get any of that fun. And I don't get any fun out of playing a game in fog-of-war, when some players don't have the same restrictions. It's a total waste of my time.
I agree that having the devs report on cheating would go a long way towards peace of mind. At least you know something is being done and they are having results. Silence makes it worse, because there's no reassurances that skulduggery is being rooted out. Persistently.

I want to make a big shoutout to all the admins that are doing an impressive work of keeping the community afloat. Without you the game would have been dead, or plagued like EFT or others on the same path.
When you are sus, you ticket it to discord, and then in 1-2 matches they come back saying "yes, there was xxxxxxxxx, he was definitely cheating and now he's banned across all bunker server" it's so much satisfying and give a breath of fresh air.
You get this conspiracy theorist vibes and then it comes you were right.
thank you for the video, this explains many strange encounters in this silly game. IT should have been a serious game but devs made it so no one can see the Kills/Deaths ratio of their opponents. Yeah sure, they did it on purpose so made the cheaters hard to detect so their game doesn't get easy trashed. The cheaters problems is running the game. I haven't played FPS'S for a long time due to the overwhelming amount of cheating. But I happened to come across Husks videos on RUclips and it looked great fun and I thought you know what let's give it a go. Unfortunately I was immediately disappointed I come across cheaters straight away and got team killed a few times within the first game. Fortunately I downloaded on gamepass so it didn't cost me anything it got uninstalled straight away I have no idea why console and PC are cross play because it's ruined every FPS on console.

the render distance of the game engine makes it really easy to see people lying in bushes from far away, because foliage won't render from far away.

GReat video, thank you for that. I have my own little clan with about 20 active players. We play every night, but a few servers are known for cheats, Circle servers are one of them. I have reported so many times and even overlooked cheaters, but unfortunately even their members use cheats. It was written about in many places. This is not something new, and I have over 3500 hours in HLL (I've been playing since 2019), so I know what I'm talking about...
At this point I guess I can agree. There are more and more peeps pooping up out of nowhere that are just too good. I wonder where they were a few years ago :D . They appear always only after some cheating tools get available and wide-spreaded. They have one thing in common - they never have videos of their gameplays as proof and they are making the old same excuses for not making ones.
Thanks for doing this great leg-work. Hopefully at some point T17 and BM get their heads out of their asses and address this insidious crap.

I thought about joining PBS but they required me to be on the discord whenever I played, and that was uncomfortable, but the ability of opposite sides to communicate was a serious no for me, so PBS I'm not getting involved.
i used to play on pbs server untill 1 day they started team killing everyone and putting us on the other team, and visa versa, so than they all knew where the garrisons were and we got overrun,

around the 15.22 mark, they started teamklling and switching sides. that was aweful because than we had a clan against normal players and we got steam rolled several times because pbs wanted to practice against a unorginized team..... that left a bad taste in my mouth. because in essense they were abusing us to harvest points..
PBS, The Circle, Fliesentisch...,WTH, Phönix, Lazerus just a few of them.....got close to 6k on playtime, 25years of shooter experiance. Dont waste your Time on them join a other server or play a other Game. I know its sad put you cant change it.

Pbs is cheating thru admins right. i played a lot there with my tank crew. Cheaters 100%. Pretty much all clan groups are. The famous and cocky clan SOULSNIPER . I was listening to them in their locked squad how they were saying where was enemy tank and who is inside it. I got 3000 h in HLL i know what i am saying.

Yeah I have around 1,800 hrs I have only seen one blatant cheater spin botting and killing people from across the map. Any other types of cheating are so hard to tell it's unfortunate.
I saw an invisible guy a month ago on an Australian server dude had a flamethrower admins banned him pretty quick but he was completely invisible.
This happend to me as a bugg in the game, I spawned and no one could see me. I could cap but not use my gun.

I have clips of a mg42 doing it at under 200m, when we were crouched in a gutter and had ground level plus a hedge above our head height. the whole squad agreed it was suss. not saying its the case all the time, but its easy to tell when your being abnormally tracked.

This is team 17 money maker thats why they will do nothing about it…this game was made for hacking …no kill shot..no markers…the nemesis is a joke because unless its multiple kills it wont show you who killed you…the point system hides these people with its hokey way of issuing points…face it boys the only way this dying game was sold for the amount it did was it generates a lot on the back end …meaning in my opinion team 17 or their subsidiary is selling the cheat as a revenue earner …just notice your next game how you will be shot at directly without showing yourself at all you will be shot through walls or building you will be protected by the item but you can tell its direct hit even though you are in cover…by the way i have over 2k hours in hll and over 25 yrs of fps shooter games..this is the worst ive ever seen as it is not being resolved in fact it is getting worse

Great Video! For this game, I need to say Community admins are reacting really quickly and admin cam footage helps a lot. To see the ingame level and have 99 Players judging it helps also. Official Servers are crap nobody cares about any cheaters there - so true but 80% of complainers are blueberries with no game sense.
The only game I don't encounter cheaters on a regular basis is Valorant because the anti-cheat system is really good.
I tried Hell Let Loose, Battle Bit Remastered and Escape From Tarkov but in all games I got shot from impossible positions without kill cam or any form of knowledge who killed me all the time.
Most of the cheaters aren't as blatent as they used to be before because of report systems and sometimes admins that would get suspicious.
Instead they use more subtle hacks like wallhacks and ESP nowadays that don't instantly give away their status of a cheater.
Maybe we will get A.I. anti cheat in the future that will detect most forms of even the most subtle cheats. Until then most of the online multiplayer games are hard to enjoy nowadays because of the insane numbers of people who think cheating is not that serious.
It feels like every lobby has these people. there is no where you can hide, you might as well not have bushes or grass anymore, no point.
I can tell too hes running a sneaky around 30 to 50% bolt cycle speed boost to decrease his time between shots with bolt action rifles

Yes there are cheaters but the game has a comp scene and good comp players easily drop 100 kills in a single match. You will come across players who are level 200+ who are actually just that good

But seriously.... You are correct!! If a PvP platform cares to maintain its player base, and therefore its money making potential, it MUST have CONSEQUENCES for those who violate THEIR rules. Also, sharing stats like PubG has, is a great way to demonstrate at least an attempt via a good semblance of transparency. I play HLL quite a bit and I just learned a lot about why I suck so bad against some players with low rank and low game mech. comprehension. THANKS B.W. !!!
After almost 1k hours I have also only once seen a blatant hack in game.... but only noticed after a more XP player saw the same thing... An opponent flying a littlebit...!!! But yes, it's helpful to see just what they can do that is damaging the player base of PvP games.
You know I regularly get the itch to play an FPS again. And every time it doesn't take long till I get into fishy plays.
Sure, some people are actually good, but really, I'm pretty good too. I land high on the scoreboards of various games when I put effort. Except in CoD when you get SBMM'ed and where various factors aside of playing against increasingly better players mess with your experience. On top of that, the better enemies you have, the more likely is it to play vs cheaters anyways.
Bottom line is, I'd really like to play some shooter, but I also don't feel like putting up with this shit.
Most Coop games have janky AI, like Ready or Not or Ground Branch.
I might even quit, when the other player is just good, actually had a lucky shot, etc. Problem is you just can't know anymore.
In BFV if a guys kill count isn't crazy high, people don't see how someone is cheating. Many do heal cheats, revive cheats, spot cheats, or simply play without aimbot that mows the entire team down in 5 seconds, but therefor use a simple wallhack or no recoil.
And even something like no recoil, but not using any other cheat is already a lot. It makes you much more confident about your aim, going for Headshots and they just hit better without having to deal with recoil. They still don't end up very high, but I guess it's still more fun than enabling every possible cheat.
It actually ruined online games for me. I only opt for Single Players now, and if I have the itch to play online, it's for about one to two weeks till I have enough again and stop playing online for months
Ive seen a few HLL youtube videos and it was always sus to me.
6 months later, and it doesn't seem to have improved much. I LOVE it when I can get into a clean match, but it's infuriating when I spend more time looking for a decent server than I do playing the game.
After a year break, I started playing a bit again. I'm realizing the reason I left before. Between obvious exploiters and their garbage hit registration system that they apparently couldn't be bothered to fix in a years time.
The most rewarding part of the game is not even getting a sick K/D ratio. I get it when poor players use cheats to get a taste of succes but HLL is not like Counterstrike, Call of Duty etc where it's just all about fragging.

whats very sad really is lately its gotten bad and ruins the game for alot of others, and alot of the cheaters are either lvl 1 noobs or they are lvl 300+ clan members apart of popular clans , these are the worst ones because they have game sense and their clan members protect them, they even weaponize these cheaters against eachother in comp events, they are good at hiding it admin cam will show you nothing when a toggling wallhackers is ruining a match... they know the parameters of what gets flagged and noticed... they always flood the NA servers around 2-3 am when they are about to de-seed , no admins are ever on that late and they know it.. and there is nothing we can do to stop them...we interviewed a stream sniping cheater once i wish we couldve recorded, the dude spilled everything, they have their own discords and everything, whole communities of these degenerates.. and they all watch eachothers backs, this is what we have to deal with just for wanting to enjoy a video game we paid money for...

@Roovka_ as someone who used to play Counterstrike and COD. It definitely feels like 57%. The amount of confirmation messages I got is astounding. PVP gaming will be completely dead in 2-3 years time, if something is drastically done to combat cheating. There has to be legal consequences. To sit there and think it's not that bad is being naive. If history has taught us anything, it's yhat humans are pieces of shit and will lie, cheat, steal any opportunity they can. ESPECIALLY if there are no consequences at all.

no, both console and pc have a amount of cheating, on console it is hardware cheating, on pc it can be hardware anmd software cheating, every game you play in almost every genre will have a percentage of cheaters in it, its just a thing you have to deal with as a gamer.

there is no crossplay. the xbox people play on the xbox servers and the pc people play on pc. there is no crossplay between the 2. the console emblem you see means they have a microsoft account not that they are playing on a console. they are still on a PC. where did it ever say that they have added crossplay??

Depends on where you are in the world tbh. I'm in Australia and therefore play on Aussie servers and the vast majority of the community is extremely polite and friendly. Only have issues normally with non-Australians, mainly Americans.

Been playing for years, around 1500 hours and legit only seen 1 for absolutely sure cheater. A few more have been iffy but suspect. It’s good practice to only play clan servers with live admins
I haven’t played if a few months but stuff like this along with game pass has made me think if it’s worth starting again or wait until it’s been addressed.

First of all, no one claims that there aren't cheaters in Hell Let Loose. Second of all, just because it exists doesn't mean it's everywhere all the times. The percentage is so small and if you think otherwise, it's just because you're bad and don't understand why you're dying

Find a good server with constant admin presence to play on. Yeah there's definitely cheats in every game, but much of what the comments are describing are 100% skill issues. Like someone said they got hit by a tank from far away hiding in a bush, well because of the game limitations, foliage doesn't render at a distance and makes people hiding in bushes really easy to see. Especially from the spotters position in the tank where you can zoom in really far.
The nice thing about HLL is that infantry kills are such a minor factor in winning a game. Getting stomped in one sector? Go somewhere else. Ez pz
spawn a garry and get instant headshot? spawn somewhere else, people find your garrys and will 100% camp them.
