I’m a machine gunner MG 42 main I just generally hate the people who punish you because they died because of what you were doing but it was their fault like people running directly in front of my line of fire while I’m in a trench and they know I’m shooting because they jumped out of the trench where I was shooting

I'm by no mean a veteran, but at level 149 and maxed in rifleman, support and assault, I don't mind helping new players, but it's frustrating when you have a level 2 SL with no mic, and no matter how hard you try to explain to him how to put down an OP, he just won't listen (or can't, since HLL's voice chat can be buggy sometimes), it leaves you with no choice other than to vote kick him or switch squad

I just had a game on that bridge map where I ran 4 trips to and from the defense point dropping off supplies. That's 1200 big boxes worth of supplies plus 2 of my own supply boxes bringing the total to 1400... And not one person used those supplies. I had to beg someone to make a garrison and they reluctantly did so when the defense point was actively being lost. The garrison was live for maybe another minute and then gone... Enemy dismantled all the supplies afterwards. I was beyond disappointed in my team that game. Those games are torture for the supply truck guys.

I once came across a guy in my squad who would only ever say the word "banana" on mic, no matter what you asked him. If you asked him to clarify he would just say "baaannaannnaaa". He then left my squad, created a new squad and started saying "banana" on command chat as well. There has been too many times. WAY too many times that I’m already in cover. Smoke all around me. And as I look up at the sky and see anywhere from 1-3 medics 50m away from me and running away. Calling out to revive so I can stay in the fight and being ignored. I would be quick to not rely on medics either. That’s my take on that portion. But in the middle of a revive. Then I would stay 100%.

As somebody who only plays squad leader due to most not placing any outposts or anything I appreciate the people who communicate with me. Even if it's not much just a little bit of "your outpost is down mate can you stick another one down" can make the game so much more enjoyable

i heard that medic wasnt worth it and is a waste of time. Do you have a opinion on this? OH! when using that machine gun i was like WTF whats wrong wiht my mouse why cant i just move it over that tiny bit. THE i found out its a game mechnic and i have to press shift. I swear i thought maybe my old hands were gone forever for being a older gamer. But really it doesnt make sense im on the ground im using a tripod. Do machine gunners really hold their breath? I mean usually in movies they are like "GET SOME". anyways.

I personally love the medic, and if played right and the team are willing to wait a little bit can be very effective (i have a couple of fun videos playing medic). Having said that it could use some love, and a buff of some kind.
As for the MG, i think the holding breath thing is for better accuracy but if its deployed you can still control it a fair amount, but if shooting from the hip you better be warmed uyp as that thing kicks like a mule on crack.

My favorite players are the no mics that actually listen to squad leaders or nearby teammates, it makes me feel good about saving their lives or knowing they care about our victory, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve simply said “don’t go out gate” to a no mic and they do the opposite

I was recently banned on a server for an hour because our officer was not setting down spawn points that the squad was constantly asking him why but he was not responding. So we got killed and had to spawn back at the initial spawn points having to walk back about 4 capture points to our main objective, the officer was also killed and was walking back like i was so to get his attention i started shooting my gun to the side of him and this probably startled him which he turned but walked in front of my gun and i was banned immediately. Which i think was ridiculous as i could have recorded it and proven he walked in front of the gun when i was shooting and not even aiming at him but at the ground

    - Players who are still polite even when things are going badly

The recon team or rambo that thinks the supply truck is their own personal taxi and drives it into enemy territory, without dropping supplies, and just leaves it back there. The person in a tank squad, at the beginning of the match, that waits until the transport truck is packed full and then shoots it. The idiot that jumps right on the arty at beginning of match and just spams shells ,depleting munitions, and does not respond to comms or chat. A gunner in a tank crew that doesnt talk and refuses to fire on an enemy tank because he is on the other computer in that enemy tank (Yes this happened). The guy that goes around and shoots all your AP mines or blows up your friendly mines. The commander that doesn't talk and does not help and he goes around behind lines and dismantles all your garrys because he is working for the other team. The guys that do not respond when you indicate you placed a satchel on a tank or building.....they get killed and they all punish you. The people that jump into match and lock recon for 10-20mins and say they are waiting for a buddy. There are so many other ones. Some of it is just ethically bankrupt people having a playground for anonymous idiocy. The other part is poor game design that allows some of it to happen.

As one who spends 90% of my time being a medic, unless asked to swap, my absolute favorite are the guys who wait for me to give them morphine or the o-k to respawn. If I revive them and they also know what to do after I revive them, then you are *my* point-making hero. Sometimes it's just "get up and run for cover", and other times they just gotta set down their bipod and get back in business while I patch ya.
I still get to cuss and swear at ya if you do the opposite of anything I mentioned before, so you're still giving me content, but you aren't doing me favors with points, nor doing yourself any favors. What's faster: 10s to respawn, another 10-37s to spawn of a garrison or outpost, and whatever time it takes for you to run back to where you were (30-120s) with the possibility of dying before then, *OR* wait a max of 40s for me to get to you, maybe throw a smoke so I don't die, and revive you, or 15s to get in mic range to tell you to "choose a different adventure"?

Trolls are the ones that I hate. Had a match with these teamkillers and no one would kick them. And when they reached their TK limit they stopped team killing but would purposely stand in front of friendly players shooting so the friendly would kill them by accident or die trying to get away from these two idiots. And in the same day of gaming came across a group of three trolls that built a ridiculous amount of buildable defenses to trap our tanks in the spawn. I have no idea why they do this its pretty pathetic that you wake up and decide "im going to be a useless sack of crap and purposely piss people off for my own smooth brain enjoyment"
