I agree, looks like on update/clone of Freelancer.
Ah, Transit Rings like Freelancer from 2003. Also being able to turn off a transit ring to intercept someone in transit. Very Freelancer 2003.

While Underspace is not released. Play Freelancer HD Edition. There are already mods for up to 4k resolution. I will definitely buy Underspace when it becomes available on Steam.
Looks like it has everything great about Freelancer, plus boss fights, side quests, and more customization. Really excited for this game!

Freelancer was awesome, multiplayer, mod-able.. Hope these guys pull it off.
Hard to move backwards after playing Star Citizen 3.21. Played Starfield for 35 hours but Star Citizen's pull was to much. If I have a hankering for this type of gameplay (which does happen) I just fire up X4 with it's new beta update. It's still an amazing game which is almost overwhelmingly huge. Kudo's to the dev for giving a go though. Same with the dude from Spacebourne.
