If only I had watched this video before the lockdown....I just completed the workout and I had to say its the best thing you can do for mobility and core muscles for BJJ. I did 25reps of everything and can really feel it in my lower back and legs. My current routine is kettlebell swings 25X4sets 16kg. Ginastica tiger routine and finish off with 30mins skipping. This new exercise ball routine I'll add in-between the ginastica and skipping. Many that's for sharing just a quality workout, blessings 🙌

As an older man at 6'4 I need something that will help without beating the joints.

I'm loving these solo drills, could you either at the beginning or end of the videos just run through all the drills one time? Or make a video where you just go through the movements? Would really be great to have a reference when I want to do them where I don't need to hear the extra details.

I am worried I'm gonna break my hip doing these. White belt here.
How do you do this without falling on your face?
If you're me, you don't. You just fall on your face and then you get back up and try again, assuming you haven't hurt yourself too severely during the face-falling process.
Also a padded/soft surface helps
