Ah I forgot last thing - would you do that move if you had sleeve and same size collar when they stand up?
you can but wont be as stronger as both sleeve but you can BIG OSS
Are your feet also squeezing and kind of pulling him forward in the first variant? Also if you stretch him and you are unable to bring his arm forward which often happens to me would you try to get underneath him by walking back on your shoulders and bending your knees and then lift him?
the first one my feet are very tight on his hip, on the second one i am squeezing my shin around his ribs, but what makes easy is the hands how you pull and circle back to create tha motion BIG OSS thank you for watching
