    I’m a big lasso guard fan; I love these techniques and I usually get the sweep or arm bar from lasso with white and blue belts but not with the black belts . Love the channel keep up the good :👍 OSS

    Thanks brother, its was an amazing concept from lasso guard! I'm from Brazil, and I'm wathing all your videos to improve my skills with Jiu-Jitsu and in the same time studing english.     Love the details! I always struggle with a larger/stronger opponent defending my lasso with strong upright posture and both knees on the ground. I can’t seem to get them to budge.

      maybe you are playing lasso too shallow? there is always (why) and we need to find that out

    I found this channel recently and am blown away by the stuff you are putting out there. The techniques and the commentaries are gold. I bought your mastering the lasso instructional and am going to start going through it.
    One question: have you shown the technique behind that knee lever lasso sweep when the guy pins the bottom leg and reaches for the crossface? I've seen you hit that several times but when I try it I cant

      you need to understand the bullet point of the sweep, i am sure you are missing the important part of the sweep, BIG OSS

    I learned that first sweep from a Keenan video. Sometimes I bait people to step that foot up with an unbalance just because that sweep is so easy! I’d never seen the other two techniques though so I’ll give them a try tonight👌

    Marcos "If you figure 4 your legs they cannot hitchhiker escape the arm bar"
    I can't think of a better technique channel than this one, the frequency and detail of the content is excellent!

      I was thinking the same thing! It looks like Marcos isn’t controlling enough of the body but I suppose that shoulder pin is more powerful than it looks…

    Professor when do you introduce lasso to kids? My son is a 6yo white belt. He just started training 6 months ago. Should he work on lasso now or wait until he’s reached grey belt? Thank you.

      I teach my color belts 9 and up they do great with it. I think 6 is too early in my humble opinion BIG OSS thank you for watching
