I regularly see a dozen companies repost the same jobs over and over. Canonical is notorious for doing this to the point that there's hardly any applicant at ths point. I applied to cannonical and they were very dissapointed that I don't use Ubuntu for personal use, and that's the reason they gave for not wanting to hire me
@@cody_codes_youtube there is an company I have been sent a lot of spamming reports to Libkedin. They are opening more than 30 positions all over the Europe everyday. In Workable they have more than 10 for daily. Other companies could not listed because of them. LinkedIn need to work for this like spamming jobs.
Yeah their job postings are a joke. I applied one time this year and they wanted know how good I was in Highschool?! What does that have to do with anything?
I got a mail with the standard "Thank you for applying, but we have chosen a different candidate for this role..." from a company yesterday, I also saw them repost the exact same job a few hours later. I guess noone is good enough to work there...
Well so they “hire” someone else and immediately fire him so they need to repost the job again. So I will say that NOT no one is good enough to work there. It is that anyone they are hiring recently is only good for 1 sec before they get fired. 😂
A company I applied for did this to me. I applied for a lab tech job. They emailed me and said they filled the position. Then they emailed me the next day with the job still posted, and said that it was on “hold”
Job hunting is a depressing game. Over the few months I've been looking for work and these videos have been a great perspective. I found that the more I keep looking, the more desperate I become to get out of that loop of looking because it is so utterly exhausting applying through job after job.
Yeah you can’t do that 100% of the time. That’s a recipe for burnout and also quality going down on your applications going out. Take care of yourself! Good luck!
@@cody_codes_youtube This is why i appreciate my current position. Maybe its not paid enough for the job and i could have more, but i have stable contract by now and have a position and knowledge in the company so i wont be laid off for no reason and i do not have to look through jobs. In Poland what i have noticed as i tried to apply recently for something with better salary its like 70% of postings are ghost jobs.
Exactly. I know how it feels cos i been looking for jobs since January and stopped in July knowing that it had been a total waste of my time and energy. Then by pure luck i got a position last month working in a company that i would never have worked for if the market had not been so brutal. Now companies know that and they make use of it to screw the most out of their staff. This is really discouraging.
Networking is the only way to get a job these days. I talked to a lot of hiring managers and executives who simply said they go with current employee referrals and people they personally know. The external job postings are only for legal liability to show that there was no discrimination. Its a game, so know how to play the game.
@@TheOtomo exactly. That’s always been the preferred route. Now that there is a deluge of applications spamming all the external postings, referrals are 100x more valuable because no one wants to deal with that
@@cody_codes_youtube Preferred? Now it is the only way to get hired unless you have some very specialized skill or prior work history that fits exactly what the company is looking for.
If you don't have extensive experience in a field, or a bunch of work buddies with connections, then you've got no "network". People just love to post the most heard about, impractical advice, ever.
I've been ghosted so much that it's very hard to remember the job description when I get contacted 1-2 months later for a technical interview, they even removed the job posting from their own website not just other job websites. At that point I am just soul crushed, I did like 10 interviews with a company for 5 different roles in the last month, and they didn't even notice this, I got the same people interviewing me and they either pretend they don't remember me or just simply don't.
I had the same thing, was interviewed twice for the same position almost a year apart and the interviewer didn't even realize. And rejected me again haha.
Yeah, I applied to a bunch of positions in one company and then I had to do 10 different 1 hour long extremely hard online assessments for it! But the cherry on top, they were all the same assessment (with different numbers). I'm wondering if they have like hundreds of applicants with perfect scores in their database. And they are just wondering if everyone is an expert on Bayesian statistics and IMO level math problems.
Great video. Took me a while to realize all the LinkedIn posts were ghosting me and give up. I’m just past the 1 year mark unemployed (software engineer/manager) and trying to accept that I can’t beat my head against the wall forever (lots of interviews but no offers). Seems like after 25 years doing this, the industry is just done with me. But I don’t know what to do instead. Like I seriously think I have to just give up and go apply at just some retail store or Starbucks or something.
Same is happening to me - 20+ years of experience (enterprise user experience) with no to very little response from job postings. I've had interviews but they haven't led to offers (rare when looking back). Using the online job boards have a marginal effect at best. I think the market is done with me but not the industry. The next move for me is to move beyond this marketplace and into fractional leadership work. If you're not familiar with the term I would recommend looking into it. There are great slack communities surrounding this emerging trend.
For an IT job when you are over 40 there are only 2 choices for you. 1. Just make your own company from your experience. 2 Retire:( its sad but this industry expiration date is very early
Definitely a lot of ghost jobs out there. I got so desperate to just get ANY software engineering interview that I catered my resume and cover letter to make myself sound like a unicorn candidate even if I didn't have the skills that matched the position. I did it just to see if I would get an interview. Over more than 50 different positions spanned across different companies and not a single application was proceeded to the next step or a follow up of any sort.
I remember I landed a good job after graduating in 2020, I ascended the ladder very fast, until the 2022 crisis. Then I realized that companies usually try to look someone to blame out for the bad situations. I passed a really bad time in the second half of 2022 until they decided to lay off half of the team. I have been unemployed since 2023, and yeah, I have passed through a lot, ghost jobs and job ghosting after many interviews. I used to feel frustrated but now that I see that this is happening in general, it makes me feel better. Still hoping for things to solve and stabilize.
I’m sorry you’re going through that! Yeah I have faith things are starting to turn around, it’s just the process of job hunting is making everything worse
Excellent video! You listed all the reasons I also know for ghost job postings. Unfortunately, unless the government makes it illegal for companies to post ghost jobs specifically, I see zero methods of getting companies to stop this vile practice. My prediction is that most companies will freeze hiring until January 2025. After not working for so many months, all we can do is just hang on for dear life.
I wish you the best. Election freeze and agricultural problems (the rising temperatures are starting to affect yields of key crops) are going to be rough so hang in there!
But that sounds a lot like regulation, which is "job killing" according to Republicans. Keep voting to let businesses do whatever they want, and this is the end result.
A HR recruiter told me in an interview that they advertise for jobs they might or might not get the hiring budget for in the next financial year. In that case only one out of the four advertised roles was actually real. So I was interviewing for a job that did not exist but might open up in the future.
The sad reality is that for every job listing there are thousands of applications. By the time companies start sorting through apps they are likely to hire somebody before they get to you. sometimes things arent what they seem. A previous company i worked for would make public job listings to comply with state mandates but would never review the applications they received through job portals, the would only talk to stablished 3rd party recruiters or recommendations made by employees to fill the roles. Every person in that company either came in through the same 3rd party recruiter or had some sort of relationship to someone who worked there. They would even joke that the biggest challenge to getting in the company was figuring out how to apply.
I don't think you mentioned what I call "the McKinsey Special", in which companies keep posting-closing-reposting the same job but keep dropping the salary and benefits just to see how low they can go.
Personally I'm not going to use job boards anymore, I just started subscribing to companies' job newsletter. Edit: I have no idea why my replies are not showing up, but what I usually do is go to the company site, go to their career page, search for my desired position, and it usually asks me if I'd like to subscribe to this job position. Would be great if all companies had a feature to subscribe to a specific position.
@@mjg239 I'd suggest going to their main website, and under careers after you've search for a job they usually give you the option to subscribe. It's also possible they have a more straight forward method.
I lived this hellscape last year, and also for a (thankfully) brief time this year. This conduct is atrocious, and it should be illegal. As well, the platforms that host these postings need to take some accountability and ensure that their tools mitigate the chances of this happening, such as posting the outcome of any posting and accepting feedback and ratings from applicants after a period of time (Where you ghosted? yes | no).
And maybe let the applicant know if the employer clicked on your application for the sake of 2-way visibility. There's a lot of interactivity and granularity the recruiter does that can be reported back to applicants. Bring the back-office forward.
Got let go in May and had a junior designer take my position. 6 years of work for nothing. No one will hire me even with a good portfolio and 15 years experience. Maybe if I work for $25K a year with no benefits I'll get somewhere but NYC is brutal.
In the EU: Greece Spain Portugal you can rent 1BR or even 2BR apartment in the city for $1k z month. People make $30k a year and that’s enough for living. You are too expensive in new remote work era if you live in NYC
I live in New York, too, and have also been having trouble finding a good job. I’ve applied to many places and have only gotten a few interviews and no callbacks after. It’s extremely difficult here.
I came back from seven years working a good job in the Netherlands to find myself completely unwanted by any employer, ever. Ten months of hard searching, applying, revising, etc. Two master's degrees, good universities, sixteen years overall trade experience,. Doesn't mean shit. Thought i was crazy. Good to see other people are having this suicidal experience of utter hopelesness with me. Thank you for reminding me I'm not alone.
@@cody_codes_youtube I was a senior content writer for a polar travel company. Not necessarily looking to stay in that trade forever, but really shocked at the lack of response I'm getting from any of the countless companies I've applied to. I hope you're right about it changing soon!
Job ghosting is rough. I've done several interviews over the weeks and employers just don't care enough to let you know if a position is filled or you didn't make the cut. It's like maybe a minute of time.
I checked in on a job opportunity that I applied to 9 months ago. That job was a six month contract position. They could have hired someone months after posting this job and the contract would have still be completed by now. The job listing is still open.
The worst part about this market is that almost everyone that has actually responded were conartists trying to steal personal information with interview scams... of the 150 resumes i sent out i got 3 real interviews and 5 scams. 2 of the scams i didnt even apply for they were given my resume by indeed.
This is happening to my husband and I. We don't work in IT (I hope to before I die), but it's just been one disappearing act after another for employers that we've applied to, and even interviewed with. My feeling is that MOST employers out there, regardless of the field, are not actively hiring. There's a lot of instability in the world right now and in government. I think after the election and even more so after the Russia-Ukraine and Hamas/Israel conflicts come to a conclusion, things will settle down and the economy will pick up. Unfortunately for people like my husband and I, we may not financially make it until then.

@@cody_codes_youtube thank you for your reply. I am ok if there is more than 1 round of interviews and no job offer, I can take it since job hunting is time consuming. But I assume the really problem is that the big corp management team now longer treat employees or potential employees as HUMAN anymore. The only thing they can see is just numbers on the financial statement, without understanding the product, the business, the people…when was the last time you have a face to face job interview rather than just online? I have been in the job market for about 8/9years and I don’t even remember the last time I was properly trained… i just been used as a printer. Hope you will have a new video talking about this someday 🫡
Ghost jobs should seriously be illegal because it’s like you’re making a mockery and a joke out of people who are actually looking for a job. And for that matter these companies are also making a joke out of themselves because it’s gonna make people not trust them and wanna work for them because it’s a scam and is dishonest and disrespectful.
I was laid off in February 2024, still looking for a job. I've stopped telling people when I get interviews because ones I have gone through wound up being ghost jobs. Frustrating to get excited over a role and then finding out said role is non-existent.
I've been experiencing this since the pandemic.. Had a promising job at Northrup Grumman and like many other companies, I think Northrup figured out they didn't need to have as many workers as they did pre-covid. I can't find consistent, good paying work anywhere in the south bay, California. It's ridiculous expected experience and degrees required to do something simple or outrageously low paying, non-life-supporting entry level jobs that wouldn't even cover rent, let alone groceries, gas, insurance. Drive a 22 year old truck and going no where fast. What happened to companies willing to train someone new to the industry and help them grow within the company? So frustrating... I would be under a bridge right now if it wasn't for my family.
I’m so sorry to hear that. I feel that frustration of companies not caring for the long term growth of their employees. I hope things turn around for you!
AI scan/test your application/resume/cover letter to make sure your skillset and experience show up well, as with the decline in HR staffing, they simply must use AI because they cannot read through all the apps they get.
@@cody_codes_youtube Yeap. The employers have CHOSEN to go to AI for filtering out applicants. There's absolutely nothing wrong/illegal/unethical in using AI to your benefit.
I've mentioned in cover letters I prefer in-office settings. I don't elaborate that the reason is that it's a career switch, but it may help my chances.
I understand how people make this argument but I haven’t seen it play out in the Job market. I’ve only seen teams get disappointed when doing the overseas options. It’s really hard to work fast with people in such dramatic time zone differences. Despite the cost and skill

But after "failing" on 18 process on the last 3 months with empty excuses like: "The position was canceled / put on hold", "We value your strong technical skill, but you lack passion with technology X, Y and Z" I finally understand that there are something CREEPY happening on job market in 2024!
Wish the presidential candidates were asked questions about this and what they’d do to prevent it. It’s so deceptive to say our job market is thriving when so many of us end up wasting time looking for credible positions just to be ghosted
You missed another reason why they do this. They are legally obligated to post the job so they can then claim there are no qualified candidates and then hire outside of the US. Check out the H-1B requirements for sponsorship.
@@cody_codes_youtube From the H1B gov website: The intent of the H-1B provisions is to help employers who cannot otherwise obtain needed business skills and abilities from the U.S. workforce by authorizing the temporary employment of qualified individuals who are not otherwise authorized to work in the United States. www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/immigration/h1b
I have seen companies reposting the same job again and again, I'm convinced they are fishing and waiting for the unicorn, they are even wasting the time of agencies too. What I don't understand is why go to the ends of getting a headcount approved which must be difficult now but then not be serious about filling the job? Or it could be the headcount is not even approved - I had this myself, got an "offer" only for head office to refuse to rubber-stamp the hiring decision.
I sometimes think the process of opening a job requires isn’t as difficult as some companies make it out to be. I’ve also seen headcounts get retracted too
While I was listening to your (this) video I was interacting with a small shop through Indeed messaging. The HR person responded to my initial application by saying they were looking for someone with specific experience. I almost just thanked them and called it a done deal. Instead I responded to let them know I did have that experience, just not in a professional capacity. I also asked if they had seen my cover letter (which addressed this experience). They responded that they had missed my cover letter and would send my information on to the next level. I just want to say that if you do get the chance to interact with someone, make the most of it. It can be easy to get discouraged and not take advantage of every opportunity after being worn down in the job search market for a long time.
Thanks for the video! What are your thoughts about hiring during elections? I am a recent grad looking for job in tech in entry level positions. Should I take a break and work on my skills during Nov and dec or keep applying even during holidays?
I find it silly when companies and job seekers worry about the election. There are few industries that are affected by the actual election. I personally find no value in waiting. Luck favors those who take action and the more you are job hunting, the more practice you get and the better you are finding work. I would never just put pause on my life. That’s like trying to time the stock market… unless you have inside information, you’re just guessing
This just happen to my friend started out as were going to do 1 hour phone interview to emailing back saying hiring manger wants to see her. Then set up appointment then 24 hours later they canceled it. This company is just doing what you're saying spot on.
Even inside large tech companies, the internal job boards are full of ghost jobs. Jobs that change level or are forgotten… I also think that some managers are just trying to get a sense of who is interested internally to move to their teams.
man I just hate how we’ve all just accepted that this is how society works, when it doesn’t have to be this way! A degree is pretty much useless at the moment, school just gets you into debt. and “basic” entry level jobs that are essential to our everyday life/society don’t pay a livable wage! and you need capital to start a company of your own. with such advancements in technology, industrialization, and information, why we as a species choose to continue to live in a broken society? how good would it be to work to make the world a better place? create jobs and improve society while also working towards repairing our planet!
But if it is a ghost job, do companies follow through and do even one round of interviews or phone screenings? The cost is to the application reading the post & doing whatever the digital application is.
@@pythonlibrarian224 Depends on their goals, right? If they want to go fishing, they can collect resumes and just hang out. If they want to project growth of their company, they do absolutely nothing.
Do you think ghost jobs are much more common with remote work than with hybrid and in-office positions? As a senior software engineer, do you think my chances will greatly improve if I start applying to in-office jobs and plan to relocate upon accepting an offer?
Let’s be real, there is a trend for people coming back to office. There are a lot of variables that contribute to that. And also: of course it’ll improve your chances because it’s expanding your job pool. But the question is by how much and how flexible you are with your living situation. Moving for work used to be super common.

They want attention is what I strongly feel. This gives them free marketing of their services to lots of people, competitors. The resumes and candidates data can be further utilised. Also, the assignments shared can be used with making some tweaks in it. Basically, fake/ghost jobs are ruining the job market and wasting countless hours of applicants.
What about getting every company to disclose how many poisons they are looking to fill and how many adverts they are putting out. Then some sort of fine for ghost jobs and manipulating the market.
I think that’s some of right thinking. There would need to be some level of allowances for mistakes. I’ve seen startups go go go and then suddenly funding falls through and those jobs were dependent on that
Another reason for ghost jobs and a BIG one. Is to fire senior employees. They will keep reposting a job to see how much they can take away from the pay before it actually matters. Then hire based on that and fire the worker they currently have for someone cheaper.
I'm not sure why you're speaking as if this is a new thing. right after 2008 well into the 2010s these types of job postings were the norm. Companies were absolutely not wanting to hire at the time, but still posted jobs. It's the same now, and it seems retaliatory at this point.
Companies who doesn't need employees post ghost jobs to gather information on the talent pool, ironically they either have internal hire on mind or they simply keep it floating to gather data.
The main issue, especially in IT, is that for years, they hired anyone with some coding skills, even if they didn’t have a degree. As a result, the market is now saturated.
I think this is partially true. The inherit nature of software is the bulk of need for coding is NEW things being built. Like startups and new project inside big companies. VC money and capital to fund these projects has dried up a lot in the past 2-3 years. The hunt and feeding frenzy has gone away, and now the market is more representative of the actual need of the skillset.
Not trying to be mean...i'm sure the tech industry is in a real jam. Why not start a business? Advertise what you're good at to the world and we are happy to pay you for the services we need!
@@NerdlyCNC that’s not mean at all. It comes down to comfort and some capability. Saying “advertise to the world” isn’t something everyone is skilled with, or comfortable with. @@cody_codes_youtubeHere a story to maybe clarify: I was part of a team tasked with staff augmentation. The team was put together because my boss (the hiring manager) was absolutely swamped with work, as we all were. HR would send us resumes, most of which were not even close to the staff needs we had. Upon investigation it turned out HR published a previous job description they had on file from an earlier hiring round in that department. No one reviewed it before it was published it on Monster. Unfortunately, the posting had generated interest but we had to take it down. This was embarrassing and I doubt any of those applicants were properly followed up. Ultimately the positions were filled by Aerotek, a contract company. This company put off hiring as long as they could, which is typical. The hiring process was rushed and poorly executed, which is also typical. From the applicants side of things I don't worry about ghosting - they are probably doing me a favor if they do it.
Yeah, ghost jobs are a problem but there is simply not enough demand for workforce from companies. Most companies would rather cut costs or raise prices of their products than hire new people. Of course their products or services will be of worse quality but in the end they care only about next quarter numbers, nothing else.
Job interview ghosting becoming common? It’s been going on much longer than people realize. The way I see things, if a company wants you…you’ll hear back asap. Let’s not take “ghosting” too seriously.
Saw something and not sure the accuracy of it but apparently if companies are “hiring” they can get better loans and interest rates. Is this true? Needs to be exposed
I think things are warming back up. But since I don’t know much about your situation, my advice usually goes for trying to find referrals, make sure you’re customizing your resume to fit that job exactly, apply to company websites directly, and keep on trying to meet people or reach out to those who you used to work with!

@@TheOtomo I agree. I think there still is a chance with job boards, but because of the spam, the chance has gone down to a very low number.

@@cody_codes_youtube There is NO CHANCE with the job boards. Been to them recently? They're not even remotely interested in serving job hunters.
Oh wow! Thats wild. Sorry it’s been such a rough ride for you. Things should be getting better
I’m sorry you’re going through that! I really hope things turn around for you.
I hate hearing so many people going through this!
Yeah only so much you can do that’s in your power! Thank you for the kind words and taking the time to watch!
That’s wild. That’s what I heard and hearing it again helps validate what I’m saying! Thank you
The sad reality is that for every job listing there are thousands of applications.
Exactly this
This is a very good point. And kind of goes with the crappy nature of job hunting nowadays. I should have brought this up too!
I don't think you mentioned what I call "the McKinsey Special", in which companies keep posting-closing-reposting the same job but keep dropping the salary and benefits just to see how low they can go.

I lived this hellscape last year, and also for a (thankfully) brief time this year. This conduct is atrocious, and it should be illegal. As well, the platforms that host these postings need to take some accountability and ensure that their tools mitigate the chances of this happening, such as posting the outcome of any posting and accepting feedback and ratings from applicants after a period of time (Where you ghosted? yes | no).
Yes, accountability would be a huge win
And maybe let the applicant know if the employer clicked on your application for the sake of 2-way visibility. There's a lot of interactivity and granularity the recruiter does that can be reported back to applicants. Bring the back-office forward.

If we use AI for resume, will the company find that the resume is AI generated or does it affect ATS score?
I can’t speak to that but I would guess it could. But I would also guess that’s based on how the ATS is configured
I would say they are not interested and leave it at that.
I don’t get it
@@cody_codes_youtube They maybe not interested in what you offer. Also, they may be interviewing other candidates at the same time and would to pursue them. It could be a lot of reasons. I do believe a little etiquette is nice from the company, but not all people are nice. My experience (40 years in the electronic industry) tells me not to get hung up on a company or feeling rejected. You will find a job, use the down time to improve yourself.
I think that is somewhat true but so hard to gauge since we have so much noise with the job boards
Job interview ghosting becoming common? It’s been going on much longer than people realize. The way I see things, if a company wants you…you’ll hear back asap. Let’s not take “ghosting” too seriously.
Ehh. Sure it’s been around forever. It’s just gotten much worse lately
Saw something and not sure the accuracy of it but apparently if companies are “hiring” they can get better loans and interest rates.
Is this true? Needs to be exposed
That.. wouldn’t surprise me actually
I been applying for last 6 months and couldn’t even land any interwiew yet ..any suggestion ??
I think things are warming back up. But since I don’t know much about your situation, my advice usually goes for trying to find referrals, make sure you’re customizing your resume to fit that job exactly, apply to company websites directly, and keep on trying to meet people or reach out to those who you used to work with!
Also, if you’re a person with no skills or little experience, you’re competing with people with 5 - 20 years experience.
I would say try McDonald’s, private sitting, or get on food stamps
Everything will bettter guys. I’m sure.
@@jeneshamill.zoeyrayshow2458 entry level workers are def having a hard time now
Signing up for the job boards you end up contacted by scammers trying to get your information. I've got more calls from them than anything.
@@NovaWolf01 this is a problem yeah
I have been working as a research and development engineer since 2007, and I have dealt with corporations like Apple, Mercedes, Volkswagen, the nuclear industry, and academic research at universities. Yet, I have never received a call from a recruiter about finding my CV in a database or because they suddenly remembered me. Forget those stories. To be remembered, you need to knock on doors repeatedly; job searching is also work. Even while employed, I continued looking for new opportunities to avoid sleeping on my laurels and ending up in a situation where my employer might lay me off, leaving me with no backup plan
Yup. It’s always worth hearing people out and seeing what’s out there
Hello/Asalamalaikum!
Excellent content. Hope your channel goes far. I'm an MBA based in NJ. The economic climate is pretty bad here, too. Switched from 15+ years in the HR space to corporate sales. Been in sales for roughly 4-5 years. Just started taking full-stack software development courses online via Udemy, hoping to either break into software dev or use my consultative sales expertise to sell software. Next month will be a year since I and a few others got laid off from our most recent employer, and it has been brutal looking for a job ever since. I'm hoping my current strategic path will prove to be beneficial 🙏
@@RosewiththornsRWT good luck to you! That’s a rough go and I’m sorry you’re fighting this market! I really feel like it will turn around pretty soon, but I don’t know anything for sure
I would like to know if someone can make a list of companies that do this and make it public
I agree. That would be a big task
When i see 100's have applied or that the job has been "reposted", i dont waste my time.
Smart. It’s so disappointing though!
Ghost jobs and having to game the ATS systems that filter qualified candidates. Yeah people are having a tough time with this noise.
It’s quite ridiculous
Ghosting is never innocent.
I think it is. It can be. Sometimes it’s just inept team dynamics and people don’t communicate
can you talk about Indeed please,
Of course! What do you want to hear?
This is hell 😢
It will get better!
This ghost jobs .. getting ghosted behavior has been the case since at least 2003.
The legacy “it’s not what you know/did, but WHO you know (connections)” is still the way to get a job.
Agree. That approach is still the way
I know no one and yet I get at least 2 interview offers a week...
TSA might be doing this
Oh interesting!
Stop going through 3rd party websites such as indeed and zip recruiter as well.
Agreed
working by itself is already a drag and now we are even being ghosted hahahaha

Haha. It is ridiculous!
also scammers post fake jobs to steal your id,
Yeah I’ve heard of those too
make it illegal felony
👍
Why people apply to published vacancies anyway? This is the dumbest possible way. Use your network instead, use specialised recruiters and their vast networks. Vacancies are only there for some legal reason or out of a desperation if employer could not get anything worthy from recruiters or have unrealistic expectations of price/quality.
Yeah, they aren’t the most valuable leads. This is true
