Nice, but why didn't you connect the lights to the connectors under the front fairing? I'm asking because I'm going to install lights myself and it seems easier as I say. There are 2 connector for genuine honda auxiliary lights (plug and play). Thank's!
Well, what I’ve heard that it was quit difficult to take off the fairing and stuff to get there, and the other one is just right under your seat. So that was for me the reason to choose that one :)
No, for that you need some canbus system where you can program what you want it to do (like the Cansmart) my Africa twin from 2019 don't has a canbus system.
I never lie :) all my reviews on my channel are honest and when it’s crap I won’t hesitate to tell that to the world :) But my goal is to find stuff that really saves some money and is also good, like these lights :)
@@Pade75 well, I am very happy with it. It bought 2 pair, one for the old and one for the new twin. Quality is really good. But if you prefer to buy lights for 300/400 euro that’s also fine ofcourse :) Btw. I saw these exact lights in Dutch stores for 160. And I mean the exact same lights. Its called making money with dropshipping 😬
Nope, they look the same as the expensive ones (I know because I have the original ones on my bmw). Feels the same, but if you prefer to pay 10 times more, just do so :)
@@AndyBondo the lights in my video looks like they give a little less light then the 400 bucks versions, but the build quality looks the same. For me it’s not worth with the 10 times price more. People get a little bit crazy these days with lights. I come from the time when motorcycles just had a single bulb with a glowing spiral. We did fine 😅 myself I am nightblind, so for me it’s always difficult to see in the night. That’s why I use my biglights whenever I can to not crash lol. 😅 I will check your lights :)
The link you will find in the description op this video :) give it a thumb up if you like the video 👍
Love the use of the sissors to trim the wires, then use the correct tool to crimp the connectors, this is why we all keep watching :)
In the next upcoming video’s it will be worse 😂 I just finished mod number 3 and oh my…. I broke a few things 😬
I miss these video’s, they are amazing.
I like the selection of Pink Floyd album covers behind you, good taste you have (The subject of the video is also good :)
Agreed !!😊

Excellent Roland. Guitar string lol.
Do the lights have a CE / ECE homologation?
Great job! Does the lights work as blinkers as well?

Light looks better man :)
you are not lying about these lights. I am using it on my TRK502x

Nice duct tape…. 🤣🤣🤣
its the number one tools for musicians. they say if you cannot fix it with duct tape, you simply dont use enough duct tape :D
@@TheRideWithRoland
Duct tape and cable ties, will fix anything.
We also call duct tape and cable ties a ‘rape kit’ …. 🤣
Still can’t believe you dumped the BMW for a Honda. :(
It doesn’t matter, those are 2 great bikes :)
Well done mate. You just showed every mechanical idiot to fuck up a beautiful bike and cause issues due to incompetent installation.
Is that so?
Well, it’s still working perfectly, and we are 9000 km further with all kinds of weather. 🤷♂️
Your turn ;)
Jammer dat je niet het lichtverschil in het donker liet zien
