On the Italy-Germany route (which includes Switzerland on the way), some Flixbuses are operated by Flixbus Italia and some by Flixbus Germany, this is shown on the website when you book the tickets. The ones operated by Flixbus Germany are usually double decker and are more punctual. The 9:05 bus (which you took) is operated by Flixbus Italia, the 11:30 is operated by Flixbus Germany. The quality of Flixbuses vary a lot depending on the country. The last trip I had was on Flixbux Portugal and the driver was texting and reading message on whatsapp for a lot of time while driving and was talking loudly on the phone for 60% of the journey (I had the panorama seat). Out of the 7 trips I have taken on Flixbus Portugal, 5 didn't have the wifi working, 6 had the toilet locked (driver casually saying it is out of order) and 4 didn't have USB ports despite all the things advertised on the website while booking. This is also very reflective of how things work in Portugal and the general work culture there. Flixbus Germany is totally a different experience compared to that.
Great trip, another coach trip. Looks like the bus didn't coming from Depot, but from Bologna (based from Destination Sign in the front). Or it can be from Depot but previously coming from Bologna.
Yes, this bus definitely came from Bologna. It is quite possible that there was already a delay and the bus driver needed a break due to this stressful situation. In retrospect, it's difficult to understand what happened before, but you should have a lot of respect for the performance of a bus driver 🙂
I enjoyed this trip, it was really a great experience, I hope to visit such a country one day and do such beautiful trips alone or with my partner.❤❤❤😊😊😊
I did 18,5h from Karlsruhe, Germany to Barcelona, Spain multiple times it was always a crazy experience trought the night haha. But i like it at the price of 50€. The Bus on this route has never been late! Maybe because its a nighttime journey.
It always was the cheapest way to make a trip through Europe, and more pleasant because you see beautiful landscape.Once I travelled from Munich to Vienna,it was terrific
I like Very much to know this trip by bus. A good choice and cheaper than train journey. I'm Brasilian and knew and traveled twice on Zurich . Congrat!!

Love trip from 🇮🇩
With a great road, great coach and great driver, IMHO a 5 hours journey by bus is comfortable. Thanks for sharing your experience, Jack!
Thanks PointsOfTrips!

Well, I'm not sure. But I do know that my bus was parked up for at least an hour before I eventually got on it, as it was visible from the station.

Wow... sensational journey and amazing views along the way, especialy entering switzerland😍👍
Better you travel by train in Switzerland, Milan to Zurich is more comfortable. They have direct Trains to Milan. Travel time only 3hour 15 minutes.
Great experience

Hello..Thanks for this lovely trip.I just want to know how long it takes ?
About 4 Hours and 45 Minutes.
I didn't see any baggage loaded. Is there an opportunity to load bags under the bus before departure? I have this trip booked for October 24.
Yes, there is baggage loaded underneath.
@@Jack_Rice Thank you.

ONDAY I COMM TO ITALY JULY❤❤😮😮
I wonder how the bus journey is cheaper than train journey.
The roads are "free".
How many bags can one carry . Any one knows ? Can we carry a hand bag and a large suitcase ?
I think 1 bag and 1 suitcase would be the limit.
What's the process to purchase the ticket of flixbus.
You buy them on the Flixbus website.

I'm not entirely sure. You're best way to find out is to speak to a travel agent about it.
As long as you are in the possession of a valid ID card from a country within the Schengen Area you can enter Switzerland with only the ID card.
Is it faster to go by train and more expensive?
Yes to both
Great video ❤️ I love this topic and I also do this😍
The bus station looks a lot older than 17 years
Very true!
👍👍👍💗🤍💚
LIKE FROM BANGLADESH 🚍🤩👍

I think indonesian's business class buses is more lux than this bus, proud to my country,...
This is not meant to be a luxury bus!

Flixbus is the worst bus company in Europe, trust in me….
@@folditullner9464 They're CHEAP! That's all that matters to me
Low cost? No its not
Seems cheap to me, especially compared to the train and plane
So 57 km tunnel or shorter??? And how long it was inside tunnel? And have you felt your ears differently when up and down?
The train tunnel is 57km. Travel time through the road tunnel is roughly 15 minutes, and you can feel your ear pop.
