    I’ve found that counting calories has more so helped me find my patterns, not so much counting the calories but seeing what foods I’ve eaten throughout the week and what changes I can make, especially with my muscle building goals! Wish you the best and hope you have a great week :D

    ahhh I also have an unsavory history with counting calories, but seeing media like this inspires me to try picking it up again, in a healthier mindset lol. Remember you may burn fat and replace it with muscle mass, so the scale weight may not change, but you are making an improvement! Other advice I can give is weight lifting, even weights like 5 lbs can build muscle to increase your resting basal metabolic rate, aka the amount of calories you burn daily.       Thank you sooo much! I have been slowly trying to ease my way into weightlifting, but I can’t say that I love it😅 I feel so weak still! Hopefully it gets better over time😊
