Hi great video. Your oven door comes off very easily. That makes it easier to reach all the way in. Let me know if you need help removing it. There’s plenty of videos on You Tube with your door and the removal process for cleaning. We cleaned our oven and it was similar to yours. We used Easy Off FUME FREE spray, Brillo pads, a little Dawn Dishwashing Liquid, many Paper towels, a bucket of hot water to wash and rinse the soap, a regular scrubbing sponge and a Scrub Mommy. We sprayed Easy Off Fume Free Spray in a COOL OVEN, let sit overnight. Then took a bucket of hot water with a lil Dawn and a Brillo pad and went to work. Wiped it with paper towels to get the excess soap off then rinsed and wiped several times until clean. The Brillo did not scratch the surface at all and we scrubbed it very well. We used Brillo on the racks with Dawn no easy off. Try it next time. We’ll try your recommendation of Goo Gone next time and keep you updated.

Is there a strong smell when baking in oven after words?
That would be normal for a few times of use after
Hi there! We had a faint smell for a few weeks after cleaning. But I used quite a bit of the bottle because my oven was in rough shape😅 So smell might be less noticeable if you don’t use as much as I did!
I should add that I don’t use my oven daily, usually only 2-3 times a week. So smell would have gone away much sooner with more frequent use.

Ughhh those waffles are soo good looking, they almost brought a tear to my eye. I put some protein powder or an OWYN shake (32 grams) in my pancakes sometimes
And that salad is mind blowing!! I wrote that before I saw it😂 It's soo inspiring, I need to grow something in my backyard. I hear spri b mix is good, and there's some sort of micro green you can harvest in a week

I’m so interested in growing micro greens!! I live in a cold climate so we can’t grow anything for about 7 months of the year. Those indoor micro greens setups look so cool, I think I need one!
Try a huge cabbage slaw salad with Greek yogurt dressing or something!! It'll help u feel full w/o barely any calories U can shred it yourself w a box grater or just slice it thinly with a sharp knife

This is great bc once you lose it all youll lose it for life since it was soo gradual🥺 That slow n steady wins the race always gets me bc i wqnt it done tomorrow then i get flustered n frustrated and give up. Although i lost 40 lbs in almost 4 months because i was riding my bike all day, but i wasn't really setting out to lose weight in the first place. But then i got sick for 2 weeks and "fell off the horse" so to speak and gained it all back😢 That long steady incline will give u sustainability. Yo yo diets arent the way to go
This is my hope! I have always failed in the past when I have tried to lose weight. This is the most weight I have ever lost. I usually give up VERY early on. I’m really hoping that this slower approach will help me long term!

I just got through binge watching all your videos. Super encouraging because I have the same stats as you (actually 5’8 1/2) and I literally started at 192 and am 176.5 now, but it’s been about a year since recording calories. I walk all the time and lift weights 1-2 times a week. I have been stuck at 176 for about 5 months now, but my clothes fit better so I know it is body recomposition. My goal is 155-160lbs with muscle (where I was before having my kids). I am 43 years old, and super busy with my two kids and work, so I try to be easy on myself at how slow it is going. At this point I just want to be healthier. I have been watching so many people’s opinions on macros, it is encouraging to get back to my original plan where I was actually losing faster when I wasn’t so focused on protein. I feel like I might eat more focusing on macros more! Anyway. Thank you for posting. ❤

How you measure the calories
I use the MyFitnessPal app to record & track calories! I usually check nutrition labels to see what a recommended serving size is, and then I weigh out my food on a food scale to make sure I am within the serving size range!

Love the voiceovers! I find cottage cheese to be a great source of protein. Low in calories, but very filling and tasty!
I’m trying so hard to love cottage cheese because it’s such a great form of protein, but I just can’t do it yet!!😅🤦♀️

In case you’re curious, I started this challenge ~186 lbs on Aug 1st & weighed in at 180.7 this morning (Aug 31st). I’m pretty sure I had food poisoning yesterday, so that helped🤣 But I was 182 yesterday morning!

How long did it take you?
I don’t have a hard “start” date, but I started being more mindful about what is was eating around late April/early May. I didn’t get “serious” until about 6 weeks ago. I’ve lost about 5 pounds in the past 8 weeks or so, the rest was in the few months before that! Trying to do this as slowly & sustainably as possible😊
Great work! Please do consider having a bit more protein tho, it'll keep you fuller and helps with strength
Protein is my daily struggle!😅 I don’t love meat & can’t have most protein drinks/powders because of my acne (that’s a whole journey within itself LOL). The struggle is real🤣 Greek yogurt is my go-to!
