Yes, indeed those people can't understand what we feel . Yesterday I was stressed because of some staff and found myself awake at 2 am . Technically as Muslims we are not supposed to hinder traffic or anything just so we can pray, but as long as we are no infringing on anyone’s freedom to move, travel or to do business then yeah we are praying bro. We are mandated to pray 5 times a day at a specific and prescribed times so we cannot just wait to get home and pray all 5 times at once, that is why you may see us pray at odd places. Even in Muslim countries people dotn block roads to pray. On some religious days where the whole country is ceelbrating the day some roads do get blocked but its all pre planned and only for few hours and few places. I was once holding a stall for a deaf children’s charity at a large conference organised by Muslims in my city. At one point of one the organisers told me to take a break from manning the stall and to go inside the conference hall. To my upmost surprise the Texan preacher Yusuf Estes was on stage taking shahada from two young men who had just come out of prison. The audience was made up of almost every ethnicity I could think of and they all chanted “Allahu Akbar!” Then one of the organisers came to me and said “you next inshallah!” I was too stunned to speak as the whole experience felt surreal, like something from a movie. However, about one year later I became Muslim myself 🤷♀️

Yea . It’s daily fast and nightly eating 🥣 pretty much it was intermittent fasting before intermittent fasting became a trend . The easiest is when ramadan is like december in the east coast because the sunset is at 4:30pm . July fasting is hard . 16 hours-18 hours dry fasting till 8:30pm almost 9pm. Every year ramadan goes back 2 weeks. Next year 2025 it’ll be in March so not as bad. Weather isn’t hot and it’s a bit easier to fast than in the summer
If you have done extreme level of sins in life and you are living in guilt. Just ask Allah forgive me. Booom!!! you are forgiven(IFF you have no intention to do repeat the sins). Later if you repeated, again ask Allah for forgiveness and you will be forgiven(IFF you have no intention to repeat the sins). Thats the liberty Allah gives you. I do really like how Muslims have great respect for Jesus… that’s wonderful. But I am sad that they reject what he says in the Bible because they feel it is corrupted. I was once holding a stall for a deaf children’s charity at a large conference organised by Muslims in my city. At one point of one the organisers told me to take a break from manning the stall and to go inside the conference hall. To my upmost surprise the Texan preacher Yusuf Estes was on stage taking shahada from two young men who had just come out of prison. The audience was made up of almost every ethnicity I could think of and they all chanted “Allahu Akbar!” Then one of the organisers came to me and said “you next inshallah!” I was too stunned to speak as the whole experience felt surreal, like something from a movie. However, about one year later I became Muslim myself 🤷♀️

Yea . It’s daily fast and nightly eating 🥣 pretty much it was intermittent fasting before intermittent fasting became a trend . The easiest is when ramadan is like december in the east coast because the sunset is at 4:30pm . July fasting is hard . 16 hours-18 hours dry fasting till 8:30pm almost 9pm. Every year ramadan goes back 2 weeks. Next year 2025 it’ll be in March so not as bad. Weather isn’t hot and it’s a bit easier to fast than in the summer
If you have done extreme level of sins in life and you are living in guilt. Just ask Allah forgive me. Booom!!! you are forgiven(IFF you have no intention to do repeat the sins). Later if you repeated, again ask Allah for forgiveness and you will be forgiven(IFF you have no intention to repeat the sins). Thats the liberty Allah gives you. Means, remorse, repent, resolve and repair.

Joe, you need to get educated on what is what in islam, not for you to become a muslim, but for you to know what you are talking about when commenting on what you see online that someone else is feeding you. As a muslim, I pray 5 solid times a day, every single day, without missing. I could be home, at a soccer match, at work or sitting on a flight. That is the next level dedication to prayer that non-muslims see as a joke and will never understand or even appreciate.
I do really like how Muslims have great respect for Jesus… that’s wonderful. But I am sad that they reject what he says in the Bible because they feel it is corrupted. Nabeel Qureshi was a devout Muslim who also believed that. But, after really digging into the Bible (in the search for God’s truth as opposed to trying to rip it apart), he changed his mind. He has many RUclips videos about his journey.
I also greatly respect how Muslims are so family oriented and how their whole community is based around their faith. Their commitment to their faith is to be applauded.

Joe, Ramadan is not a fasting event. During Ramadan, Muslims don't eat during the day, but they have feasts engorging themselves at night. Many Muslims just sleep during the day and eat at night. It's not a "fast" if you don't eat for mere 12 hours....
