Hi Kelly, I have a QX80 and to your point there is no headrest on the 3rd row. Is it safe to install an aftermarket head restraint back there? What options do we have?

If you compare linear feet, the traverse is bigger by 8 INCHES. Way better trunk space, the cubic feet measurement is so frustrating because it’s including headroom and hip room. I had to search in the depths of internet to show the front to back length difference.
For me, I am tall, my kids are tall, we need trunk space, and I was shocked that the standard full size suvs were so small in the trunk!

The 2022 Chevy Tahoe is a great SUV car to take the little ones to school or anyplace else-The Perfect Mom Car(For Busy Moms on the go)and it goes from 0-60

Hi 👋🏼 Kelly, I have a question for you. I’m about to be 23 next year and one of my new year goals to upgrade my car. Currently I drive a 2013 Chevy Equinox 1LT AWD, and quite literally im “outgrowing” her as a 6’7” driver. I’ve been eyeing the Expedition for quite a while after watching your videos, but I can’t seem to find any where I live; all I see are Yukons and Tahoes. In terms of space / cargo which one do you think would be best fit for a 6’7” driver like myself? (P.S. I LOVE a bench seat too)
Hii I am not Kelly but I’ve had both so I could give you my input if you’d like? The Expedition is and feels a bit roomier in the first and second row. If you’re gonna be using the 2nd row a lot I’d recommend the Expedition but both are amazing options and really it just comes down to what fits your lifestyle more and what you like! :)
It’s funny cause I think the same thing, on paper car measurements are the same essentially but the expedition feels so much bigger and like a full size should be. Also how is Toyota measuring because their cars feel so much smaller and more claustrophobic than their competitors. I have the ascent and head room/width is so much better than the Highlander/grand.
Did you know that if you push that button to fold the middle row seat twice, it flips then lifts. You do have to wait a few seconds in between but it can all be done on that button instead of having to pull that handle.
I can push mine back to back and it’ll do it 😳 maybe a 1 sec delay, max

I LOVE THE CHEVY TAHOE......I HAVE OWN ....2002.....2004 AND THE 2004 HAD LOTS OF FAULTS....I NOW DRIVE THE 2019..... I LIKE IT....WILL KEEP IT.... THE DEALER SHIP WANTS ME TO TRADE....I SAY NO....SO FAR I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE CHEVY TAHOE.... GOOD DRIVING SUV
What about the Wagoneer? It checks all of the boxes you didn't like about the Tahoe. 2nd row sun shades, 30/20/30 bench, 3rd row middle head rest... I think there are lower anchors in the 3rd row too. Power in the Wagoneer is better too, with either the 5.7 Hemi or 3.0 Twin Turbo.
Price is higher though

I don’t think the duramax diesel engine is too wallet friendly.
Can you talk more about have a child in 3rd row with half seat down… not safe even if only having a dog back there with them? I have 3 kids would love a Tahoe but also babysit and have a 4th kid a lot but want to use as much cargo space as possible
the problem with having a chid in the third row with half of the seat down is anything back there becomes a projectile and can potentially put your child in danger. A dog would be considered a projectile if you were to get in an accident.
Ooo thank goodness she ditched that heinous expedition pepboys racing edition she had….
dont like the look, especially the front end...
