Unfortunately the potatoes weren't washed to get the starch out and especially the dirt. Potatoes came from the dirt ground with chemicals skin should be peeled as well.

Instead of curry powder and olive oil I aded coconut oil and smoked paprika and cinnamon. I will try your recipe is well it looks delicious
