Can't get enough of these they are delucious! I do a onion oregano insteadand it is a hit with everyone every single time. Thank you so much, huge time saver!
I made these potatoes even without rosemary and I used Italian herbs instead with some sort of garlic spices and they were DEVINE!! Perfect potatoes I loved them, so did my sister who I made them with. Tomorrow I am going to make them with Rosemary! I bet they turn out just as good! Looking forwards to it already! I LOVE your video's Laura! Thanks for all your recipies!
Laura, this was great! I added baby carrots too! The 5 minute microwave was a big tip! I let both carrots and potatoes marinade in bag for about 30 minutes! Best tasting roasted carrots and potatoes I ever tasted! NOW my kids think I have the potential to cook! LOL Thank you!
These were the best crunchy potato wedges I've ever made. We were absolutely amazed! I popped the potatoes already marinaded into the microwave, they were infused with flavor. I've been watching following Laura's recipes for over 10 years now, thank you so much for all the hard work you put into your videos over the years! It's highly appreciated!
Laura, Ty I’ve always known how too cook. But my late wife could cook like you. So I’ve missed so many of her recipes. That she just had in her head. They were amazing ❤️
Laura, this is the very first video that I ever saw of yours! I had just moved in with my husband and was looking for yummy recipes to cook for him, when I stumbled upon this gem! To this day, this is my FAVORITE method and flavor combination for roasted potatoes!! Thank you for doing what you do, I can't believe its been five years already!!
Love how you get straight to the point and of course, I also love the demonstration and the recipe! I can't stand wafflers when I want to learn something new.
Went outside in the garden (which has snakes sometimes) late at night to get rosemary to make these and I CERTAINLY do not regret it.....mmmm so crispy, delicious and easy. Had my whole house smelling divine! No ketchup needed! Was perfect with a t-bone steak. Thanks Laura!
These are by far the best potato wedges I've ever eaten! I burnt my tongue trying to eat them straight out of the over because they smelled so amazing!!
Followed instructions to the T. Perfection. My roomie was like, these are the best potatoes i've had. Period. I was like oh well i mean, thanks Laura lol
As someone else posted, this is the earliest video of yours I’ve seen. I’m going to try these someday soon. I don’t know who does your videography but they’re excellent ! They stay on the subject all the time ! Kudos to you !
If people have a problem with the microwave and plastic bag technique you can totally put the heated potatoes into a bowl and toss them around same effect. Also if the microwave freaks you out heat them on stove , still good! Not too long though you don't want them to get mushy. Thanks Laura!
Made this today and my husband LOVED it! Used garden grown fresh Rosemary and potatoes. Thanks for the technique and the recipe. Followed your recipe to the tee and it turned out crisp and fantastic! No more store bought frozen taters because of you. :)
Laura, I tried these last night for dinner and they were absolutely heavenly. I didn't let them stay in as long to get too, too dark but nevertheless the taste was like "WOW"!!! Thank you so much for your video, keep up the good work. My mom called earlier today and she was like, "Those potatoes last night tasted sooooooooooooooo good, I'm here at work wishing I had some more." I promised to make another batch tomorrow night for dinner.
I never thought I would say this, but I'd rather make your roasted potatoes, than chips, any day! Thank you for this healthy recipe! My husband ask for this EVERY Friday as his treat!
OMG. I just discovered this channel a month or so ago... just now found this recipe - tried it tonight. DELICIOUS. AMAZING. Best potatoes I've ever cooked. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Im Maltese living in London and i work on construction and when i do some of your recipes my work mates they go mad because they do not know what it is, I love every recipe that i make from your webside, thank you so very much
Laura! Just tried my first official Laura Vitale recipe! So stoked! My whole family loves the potatoes. And you're right, they're better than any I've ever had. I've been watching you cook for a while cause it's intertwining but glad I dipped in and tried a recipe. On to the next tomorrow! Thanks for doing what you guys do!
These are so awesome! I made it many times and my kids love them. Thanks for sharing this recipe. And I love your enthusiasm and excitement when you make your food!God bless you!
You're like the mom I never had Laura (even though we're about the same age)! Thank you for the wonderful videos that have inspired me to start cooking!
I tried the potatoes tonight for dinner and they were beyond amazing!!! The microwave trick made the flavors come out very well...Thank you so much for sharing
Just made these tonight with steak and onions! Delicious!! Of course being Hispanic instead of using salt I used adobo, and added a lil cayenne pepper for a lil fire.
Love your tips on the crispy cooking of these potatoes, I made them delish! But forgot to also spray the sheet pan, first turn they stuck, bummer but was able to save them. As always a loyal follower of your cooking.
I love the microwave trick, what it does is it makes sure that as soon as your potatoes get that color that you want you can take them out because they are already cooked by that time. All microwave does is precook the potatoes about 25% of the way.

I made these potatoes and my husband absolutely loved them. They looked so good I made them right away with the ingredients I had on hand. I used dried rosemary and garlic powder instead, the rest I followed to a T!!
Watch out. At 450 and the time given you might wind up with burnt to a crisp potatoes that aren't edible. Depends on how big you cut them. I think 425 is better temp. Watch them like a hawk.

Ronda Goodlet can i use italian herb instead of rosemary?...what about sprinkling shredded cheese over potatoes before putting into oven??
Jasmeen Patel yes forsure! but the cheese wait until the last 10min or so of cooking otherwise it might burn.
Thank you for the Heads Up Tip on the cheese addition!!!
your'e welcome.
I tried this today, loved it. The rosemary was so pronounced, soooooo good.

Thanks for the tip...because I don't have microwave :)
