- Easy Sweet Potato Recipe makes for an easy weeknight dish. Prep the sweet potatoes, and bake. Roast Vegetables are a favorite at our house, its an easy vegetarian recipe. Plus its a good kids recipe to get them cooking.
Calling this a healthy recipe I think can turn some people off, but sweet potatoes are full of beta carotene. I do not peel potatoes, I leave the skin on, its healthier and easier to make too. Let me know how you like it!

I've never liked Sweet Potatoes but my son loves them!
We love roasting vegetables. My very favorite, lightly steamed Brussels Sprouts tossed with Olive oil, a tiny bit of lemon, and Coarse Kosher Salt. Put them on a cookie sheet under the broiler, not too close, test for doneness Yummy snacks for movie night!

Put the oil and seasonings in the bag first then add potatoes. It is the best way to do them. Works great

Sweet potatoes are on sale today at our local grocer and this recipe looks great so going to try it today and subscribing to your channel.
And YES! Cinnamon IS good for you - I understand one of the spices that helps keep arteries clean!
You wouldn't believe how well a gallon size freezer or regular bag works for talsing the potatoes to get them coated good.
I also put ginger with everything you put on it as well as n small pinch of all spice.
I used ginger, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, kosher salt, freshly ground pepper and lemon pepper. Absolutely fabulous.
Give my lab raw sweet potatoes for treats. Scrub the sweet potatoes clean. Cut them up in one inch cubes. Store chunks in the fridge in an air tight container. Dog treats do not get easier or healthier. Plus he loves them. Thanks for the recipe.

Wow 😮, it looked great 👍. I remember once when I sliced the potatoes thin, they were the crispy ones and browned more. The ones like yours were similar to mine. I also love your Labrador’s, such gorgeous dogs 🐕

My family loves roasted veggies but we usually go savory instead of sweet. I'll give this a shot. I've had sweet potato fries with spicy seasoned salt before and they were quite good as well.
YUM! Smoked paprika is great on roasted sweet potatoes as well!

Flaxseed will keep you in the toilet the next day.
can you use something like russet or new red potatoes as well?

Maple syrup for the for vegan version
Why is it that chefs use so much oil and salt. Honey in sweet potatoes doesn’t add up. Thanks for your efforts tho
