Thank you so much for sharing this method for cooking roasted vegetables. I got a bottle of Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette and made roasted veggies for dinner tonight. I couldn't wait to try it. They were so delicious, I used veggies that I had on hand: mushrooms, red onion, red bell peppers, zucchini, cauliflower and garlic. I cooked them in an 8qt. 1200w air fryer at 380 for 12 minutes, stirring them around half way through the cooking cycle. They came out great, so tasty. Thank you again.,

Thank you Rachel! I’ve made roasted vegetables but have not done it with balsamic vinaigrette… I will try this! I have added cut up chicken and roasted the chicken in the oven and then added to the roasted vegetables which makes it a complete easy meal ☺️

Yum! Yum! & Yum! There is nothing better than delicious roasted veggies and dear Rachel, these roasted veggies I'm sure are out of this world scrumptious. This dish is something that Johnny would love as a lunch. I'm already planning next Sunday's dinner which will be oven fried chicken, wild rice and now I have my second side dish as these will be on our plates. Hey, Rachel! Looking good there, sister! You look like you've reduced your weight by A LOT! Good for you! The veggies look so delicious and I"m going to be making them this week for dinner. Putting in the balsamic vinaigrette is such a good idea for flavor. I've also used Italian dressing and I like it, too.These veggies are so good with chicken breasts marinated the same way as the veggies. It's a good meal for when I don't feel much like cooking.
I never realized to cook the sweet potato first!! And have never tried balsamic vinaigrette!! Will definitely be doing this! I tend to roast sweet potatoes, carrots, Brussels, broccoli and red onions, yes, a boring color combo!! I use Weber garlic hen blend as well.

I just recently started to roast up a lot of veggies and I keep them in the fridge and add to whatever meal I make. I’ll eat them at least 2x a day until they are gone. Great tutorial! I usually do Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, carrots and onions. The funny thing is that I’m picking up groceries in the morning and everything you used is in my order! Delicious!

Thanks a mil for this recipe. I saw it for the first time today and went to the grocery store bought the ingredients and tried it. I added oregano instead of pepper and carrots. The next time I try this recipe, I'll try some teriyaki sauce along with the vinaigrette to taste if it's good.

We have garden vegetables coming out and I think some cherry tomatoes in some of it would be good. If I did that, I think I will skip the sweet potatoes and use everything else that you did. Just looked and sounded yummy. We love balsamic vinegar.
I add cherry tomatoes to my mix, but not the sweet potatoes. The last five minutes or so I sometimes place fish fillets on the top. Edited to say, any leftover veggies I chop small and add to couscous to serve cold with salad the next day.

Thank you so much for sharing this method for cooking roasted vegetables. I got a bottle of Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette and made roasted veggies for dinner tonight. I couldn't wait to try it. They were so delicious, I used veggies that I had on hand: mushrooms, red onion, red bell peppers, zucchini, cauliflower and garlic. I cooked them in an 8qt. 1200w air fryer at 380 for 12 minutes, stirring them around half way through the cooking cycle. They came out great, so tasty. Thank you again.,

Yum! Yum! & Yum! There is nothing better than delicious roasted veggies and dear Rachel, these roasted veggies I'm sure are out of this world scrumptious. This dish is something that Johnny would love as a lunch. The veggies look so delicious and I"m going to be making them this week for dinner. Putting in the balsamic vinaigrette is such a good idea for flavor. I've also used Italian dressing and I like it, too.These veggies are so good with chicken breasts marinated the same way as the veggies. It's a good meal for when I don't feel much like cooking.
I never realized to cook the sweet potato first!! And have never tried balsamic vinaigrette!! Will definitely be doing this! I tend to roast sweet potatoes, carrots, Brussels, broccoli and red onions, yes, a boring color combo!! I use Weber garlic hen blend as well.

I just recently started to roast up a lot of veggies and I keep them in the fridge and add to whatever meal I make. I’ll eat them at least 2x a day until they are gone. Great tutorial! I usually do Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, carrots and onions. The funny thing is that I’m picking up groceries in the morning and everything you used is in my order! Delicious!

Thanks a mil for this recipe. I saw it for the first time today and went to the grocery store bought the ingredients and tried it. I added oregano instead of pepper and carrots. The next time I try this recipe, I'll try some teriyaki sauce along with the vinaigrette to taste if it's good.

We have garden vegetables coming out and I think some cherry tomatoes in some of it would be good. If I did that, I think I will skip the sweet potatoes and use everything else that you did. Just looked and sounded yummy. We love balsamic vinegar.

I add cherry tomatoes to my mix, but not the sweet potatoes. The last five minutes or so I sometimes place fish fillets on the top. Edited to say, any leftover veggies I chop small and add to couscous to serve cold with salad the next day.
