    I always roast vegetables, my favorite way to each them. Never did try radishes, I'll have to give them a try.

    I use this method regularly for different vegetables and roots and it always becomes delicious! Today was the last time I made oven-roasted potatoes seasoned with thyme, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

    Whenever I roast vegetables I always add a chopped apple to the mix. There’s just something about that bit of sweetness in the mix.

    I like your practical and intelligent advice. Also the heat of oven in Farenheit and Celsius in big letters. This recipe I will make soon.How will you warm this meal when you eat the rest later? Perhaps as a salad with a dressing.

    You can eat the stem of the broccoli. Just peel off the skin if it’s too tough. It’s delicious

      You can use hummus, tahini sauce, aioli, or as you suggested, balsamic vinaigrette!

    If you subbed coconut oil fit olive, would that work or what adjustments would need to be made? (Asking for a dear friend with pancreatic issues and limitations as they relate to oils or fats).

      not really sure that would work since coconut oil has a very low smokepoint arround 200°c or even less depending on the sort.

      I have roasted cubed sweet potatoes before, you can absolutely replace the radish. Roasted sweet potatoes are delicious. 😋

    I have a couple of doubts.
    I tend to wash the vegetables before popping them in the oven resulting in lot of water being released after roasting. I didn't see u doing that. Shouldn't we wash them?
    Another qn. shouldn't we be using parchment paper

    Thank you for posting so many wonderful recipes! I love the variety and you have changed the way I cook for my family. Roasted vegetables is a favorite in my house. The favorite has become yellow squash, zucchini and carrots..all speared.

      how long and what temp do you roast them at? Everytime I've done squash and zucchini, they turn to mush even tho I do them like she does in the video 😔

      @@hllymchll i make them into skinny spears almost like a crinkle cut fries or a steak fry toss them in olive oil, season, and then cook them at 450° until they start to brown. Depending on my batch size usually 15 min. Hope that helps. I have on occasion thrown under broiler too to give my veggies a crisp. Have to watch not to burn

    I haven't been able to successfully make roasted veggies in the oven to come out exactly as I like them to, but after watching this, I did it! I always roasted them at 350 and they didn't ever seem to come out as "roasted", more like just "cooked", but these are perfect! I also added red and green sweet peppers. I just subscribed to Dani's Clean & Delicious RUclips videos and will be trying her crispy roasted potatoes next!

    Love your videos but please help me understand with yet another onion recall due to salmonella why we keep seeing so many cut onions thru the outer skin and roots vs peeling the dry layers off then washing before cutting thru. Every other vegetable or fruit that when cutting thru the skin we're told to wash first.

    I limited so many foods due to my health and lost a lot of weight. I was afraid to eat until I found you. I tried this and it turned out so amazing. I can eat the whole thing like potato chips.     I would not use olive oil because it denatures right around 400f. Avocado or coconut oil hold up at 425 without denaturing. Great overall tips!

    Today your video got me through my first ever roasted veggie session. I did carrots, Brussel sprouts, pine nuts, broccoli on one pan. And assorted small potatoes on another afterwards. Thank you for the timing advice. Everything turned out FANTASTIC

    If I want potatoes I'll put them in for 10 minutes, then take out the pan and add my veggies and maybe also pork loins, salmon fillets -the food always turns out perfect and with one pan! Plus I skip the bowl by mixing in the oil and seasonings in with my hands right on the pan.

    I just tried this and I used Brussel sprouts, yellow squash,bell peppers and season with sea salt,pepper,garlic powder&turmeric and it's delicious. I just started doing plant based and this gave me a new way to do my veggies 😊

      She said it depends on what veggies you are cooking. Lower starch veggies 15-20 mins. More starchy veggies 25-30 mins

    Thank you so much! This is great - have you staged your roasting for different types? say more starchy on the outside of the pan, then after 10 min, add the less starchy so they will all "finish" at the same time?

    Can I do this with frozen vegetables? Maybe thaw to them out 60-70% first, then follow your instructions??

      I wouldn't recommend it. Frozen veggies hold too much water and will end up steaming in the oven.

    Fantastic recipe thank you I bake mine on a metal baking sheet covered with parchment paper. They still get nice and brown and I dust them with paprika when I have them spread out on the parchment paper so delicious.

    My favorite vegetable combination is carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. I add Italian seasoning to mix besides salt, pepper, and garlic. I do like to turn over the vegetables in half way mark in the cooking time. They come out with a great flavor.

    Loved the video. Can I ask how we can prevent the oil from splashing in the oven ? Sometimes after I finished grilling , the entire room and oven would stink for hours. My partner asked me to wrap vegetables in tin foil but there’s gonna be better ways…..

    Learned this from the Tone It Up (TIU) Meal Plan Recipes! Works every time and tastes soooooo good! Such a quick & easy go-to dinner and they can be customized a variety of ways! Try adding freshly squeezed lemon to that and oooooooh you'll have some scrum-diddly-umptious vittles!

    One tip for the Brokkoli: peal the sides of the stem with a tool as you would peal a potatoe. And then cut it in slices. That part is delicious and doesn't have to be wasted

    Butternut squash, and beets take much longer than you mentioned. I roast vegetables weekly and consider myself knowledgeable.
