    1. What would you do if you knew it was going to fail?
    2. What might this look like if it was easy? / How can I make this as easy as possible?

    Asking yourself questions makes a great deal of sense. Especially when it involves something that is causing you anxiety or when your at a crossroad in life. Asking the right what if questions can help you decide the direction you need to go .

    My answer to both questions about what would you do if you coudnt fail and what would you do if you would fail:
    Steep wallclimbing. If I couldnt fail at it, I would have done it, if I would fail, I still have done it. So now I think I need to go steep wallclimbing. That is way out of my comfort zone…💪🏼

    Most people don't ask themselves the right life questions.

    On 'this is going to fail';
    For decades, I've been doing a *premortem* on simple tasks as well as wildly complex projects. When I'm not the PM, if a premortem is *actively rejected* as 'a waste of time' on a moderate to complex project, that's one red flag out of many that the project may have other issues.

    What would you do if you knew it was going to fail? It’s a leading question… leading to another question. Would you do it anyway? Or how would you do it differently? Or why would you do it? Etc.
    It encourages more questions based on your needs or desires. Morality question?
