  • I installed the Central Valve Bodies valve body on my 2015 6.7 Cummins with the 68RFE transmission, and I liked it so much I decided to do a product review video about.
I am not paid by, or receive any funding from Central Valve Bodies. I am merely a customer of theirs.

I had a good experience with them too. Bought a rebuilt valve body from them for my 2005 bmw 525i and it fixed every last issue I was having. Still working fine almost a year later.

2012 68rfe throwing p0750 code, solonoid. Been up late researching for something that gets the beat bang for the buck and came across Central valve body. Considering they come with billet channel plate, pistons, and upgraded parts for 600 is great considering other brands want 400 for the billet channel plate alone. I am gonna pull the trigger in a week from now.

Cool, I'm glad I was able to help. I still have mine in there with no complaints. I even got my truck regeared to match the 37" tires and the transmission works even better now with the changes. Now driving my truck is a joy. Plus, with the trans cooler valve bypass, my temps rarely go above 150 in the summer. 👍

Yes, I really am. It made a night and day difference in driving the truck and how the truck reacts to different situations. It also made the truck much more enjoyable to drive. I saw this as an affordable option for my moderately modified truck and I'm glad I did it. I know it's kind of a big decision based on very little information available, but honestly it's about the same price as a new factory valve body and we know those fail, so I figured why not. And I chose that particular valve body because they replaced the plastic parts with metal ones. Don't mean to ramble on here but I just want to be able to give you as much information as possible to help your decision. Thanks for the comment and I wish you luck bud.

That's great. The only hot advice I can give you: is when you mount the new one, get the hardware hand tight, then cycle the shift lever by hand from underneath to verify that the shift rod is actually in the notch on the valve body. It probably doesn't make sense now, but it will when you reassemble everything. 👍
