Hi. I'm so you're here. I understand what it feels like to be stressed, depressed, sad, overwhelmed and to want to do more around your home, but it's so hard to get going and to keep moving. I've put together 45 ideas that can help. Hope you remember how special and worthy you are. There is hope for us all. Love, Rozanne.
I have had fibromyalgia for 40 years and have been really relaxed listening to your voice on your video. I have been a widow for 15 months, I'm 77, and am decltutering on my own. I sometimes get sad getting rid of my husband's things but I have to keep going because the work with having pain all the time is something hard to handle. I laugh at myself then cry. I thank God for my life and all his blessings of my family. Sometimes I just say the heck with it and sit down and do something I like. Thank you for all your encouragement. God Bless You Always.
Oh my goodness… you were diagnosed back in the day when many medical professionals thought we were nuts. It was a hard time to get diagnosed and so many people thought it was a fake thing. But you probably know what I mean. I’m glad that has changed. I can only imagine how difficult it is to declutter your husband’s things. I love reading how you are doing it. Very inspiring. God bless you too!
Thank you. You are so very wise and thoughtful. Your going through is for us. God knew you would share. Your sharing is a blessing to you. You are helping so many who are stuck in the mundane . We can make work a pleasure and a joy. Thank you BTW. I think 🤔 I will sit a few and do some mending with you. I am happy that you are set to have a victorious life.
Hola. I love ur Kaboodle. What ur saying makes so much sense. 1 simple thing can make urself feel better. I'm big on affirmations. Baking is therapeutic. The rug really looks good in ur livingroom. The fire is amazing. Definitely honor ur feelings. TFS and what ur saying is probably relatable to all in some way. Thank u!!
It's a symptom- I'm literally crying right now. For as long as I can rememver, I've struggled with depression. Many mornings, unless there's the adrenaline of needing to get up to go to work, it feels like I'm physically suffocating and just can't drag myself out of bed for HOURS. Maybe remembering that my "laziness" is a symptom will help me to be kinder to myself on those mornings.
Hi Grace, Thank you so much for telling me that the video was helpful to you. It means a great deal to me to know it. Hope that you’ll have a good patch of days here soon!
My sweet friend, I am truly blessed by you and so thankful for your videos. This is such a needed ministry. All of us go through this struggle on some level. You’re providing a safe place to all who chose to self reflect and move through difficult times in a healthier way. So proud of you dear friend ❤❤❤
You’re so kind, JoAnn. I feel much better about what I’m doing since I made the shift of direction on my channel. Thank you so much for your support. It means so much to me!
I was having a recommend renewal, and the Stake President member got choked up and told me about giving my mother a blessing before she died. We both got choked up. I'm grateful for those memories, though. Tender mercy.
I understand about your sadness the 17th of this month will be 12 years since my mom passed away and I still miss her so much. I just wanted you to know that your beautiful videos have helped me more than you know. I keep telling myself if you can do it I can do it. That's a great idea putting a little bit of dawn dish detergent in some water in a spray bottle to clean with. Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring videos. 💖
Hi Beth. It seems we never really get over losing our moms, right? I'm so glad my videos are helping. And you can do it! Hope you have a wonderful week!
when i find it hard to do dishes, i just pick one thing. mugs. cups. big cups. small bowls. big bowls. small plates. big plates. and i do one little section at a time. i stop when i'm OVER IT, and i just pick up when i can with the next one. this means i never get to utensils though... bc they're the worst!
I can't even read some things on social media. I have had to unfollow so many people because of the constant doom and gloom predictions. (How my dad can sit and watch FOX news ALL day is beyond me) I have always been a huge fan of the British Royal Family. But this thing with Prince William and Harry and then Kate and Meghan....I just can't. I unfollowed so many fan pages. I just don't care. People in the comment sections are so mean to each other. I am tired of it. So it feels good to let some of those triggering things go. Also, I saw Stella relaxing without a care in the world and I couldn't help but think how much we humans worry. We worry about every little thing. And there's Stella, asleep with her water dish nearby, knowing her needs are met. So she's resting. Not worrying. I want to be like that. Just like Luke 12:24-34.
I know just what you mean. I'm cutting down more and more all the time. That's how Stella is. She's such a mellow dog and almost never barks. She in a zone.

Lots of good ideas! My favorite is make a short list. And then cut it down. I'm especially overwhelmed right now.
Thanks for sharing, Rozanne!! ❤
Sweet lady ❤️It’s good that you’re patient with yourself. It’s easy to forget to do that.❤
You're so right - it's easy to forget to be kind to ourselves. It's taken me so long to understand how critical it is for me to treat myself well.

I really appreciate someone who really gets it and can share about this!
Thanks!!😀❤️
The hairdresser talking about your mom may have brought you joy rather than sorrow. You know people remembered her with pleasure.
So true!

Love this! And I agree about the utensils. I have to force myself through them. Stopping when you’re “over it”! ❤️
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks so much!
I scrub my tub with a broom.
That sounds like a great idea. I haven't thought of it before.
