Hi honey & brown. Great concept and video to encourage reconnecting to reality. 🥰🥰 Wow. Blockbuster - I was a member and rented videos on the weekends. I used to love going to check out the movies I missed. I still pick up videos but from our local library - but you guys are right we do need to reconnect to reality.👌👌 I don't order much as far as meals - my husband and I cook healthy meals at home except Saturdays - that's pizza night...😋😋 but I do order items on Amazon or other sites to save on gas and money - anyway its Spring now - and I love gardening so I have been spending time away from video editing for a bit to spruce up my garden, planting more bulbs and new trees 🌻🌻- its so good to be out there and get down and dirty planting. Its something my husband and I enjoy - although sometimes it is backbreaking so we go easy lately. I've also started a new project knitting a baby blanket for my new grandniece "Moriah" and I love it. I love working with my hands. My husband and I also love to get out to the shore and enjoy the day fishing or just watching the surf - its so relaxing. Its important to enjoy every moment of life - every day is a blessing from God. 🙏🙏 Thanks so much for this new series of videos and sharing ideas. You have much now to prepare for your new baby - so excited for you - and this is a special time for you two.🥰🥰 God bless you and of course little "Moonwalker" to be and thanks again for your reactions and "stuff". Hey! Thank you so much for sharing your life with us! It's so beautiful and we are both so appreciative that you trust us enough to open up to us! I love the outdoors in all capacities. Our Earth is so beautiful and majestic. And sometimes we take it for granted. We live in a blessed world and we need to start reconnecting to ourselves and the world. I love gardening! That's something we both want to try very soon. What a magical thing to embark on; gardening. You're one with nature creating something wonderful. We would love to see pictures of your garden! Also, that's amazing to hear that you've started a new hobby with knitting. Such an old and sometimes ancient way of life. But, it truly took time and patience with that skill. Please continue on with that! We all have to help each other to hold and value the old ways of life. Because at that time we had less distractions and relied on real skills to further humankind! Just want to say how thankful we are to have people like you in our lives now! This is the beauty of social media. Truly connecting with someone on a deeper level! @@honey.brown.nerdrealm Hello and thanks for your reply. Yes gardening is great and satisfying when you see what you start grow then appreciate it more because you add to nature's beauty. I have many pictures but not sure how I can share. I'll try to find a way. I learned knitting when I was around 10 years old from neighbors outside who sat and chatted the afternoon away. I found it fascinating. Learned sewing and crochet from my mother. The editing I do for my channel takes long hours of my free time -so I take breaks in the garden or on other projects. It's too late, In June Apple will reveal a product that will change everything, a VR/AR headset that will eventually replace phones, TVs & computers, but instead of looking down at a small screen you'll be looking up and reconnecting with people in worlds you can only dream of.
And that's the scary part. I'm all for forwarding our technological advances... but, at what point is that a detriment to us? Technology is coming in the way of basic life living and thinking. Too much convenience causes complacency.
@Citra Victoria Agreed. Slowly and slowly, we are becoming more and more chained down by these technological advances. To the point where we stopped thinking for ourselves.
THIS IS SOOOO REFRESHING!!! Luv this idea of reconnecting to reality….. breaking away fr our phones/iPads etc and connect with humanity, nature, people. This is just a different world…..we don’t hv enuf human touch anymore🥲
