Hi honey&brown. Great to see you guys with another MJ reaction. Love so much the thumb - very cool. AND love your MJ Corner cover screen 🥰🥰🥰How are you two and little moonwalker doing? I have to tell you I don't ever use AI in my videos. I prefer to work with MJ's live or video content. I would like to share with you another video that uses this concept from a friend's channel @BehindTheMask-o7z I work a lot with this creator on many collab projects -- you may have seen some of my collab projects - Here is the link to his Tabloid Junkie videomix ruclips.net/video/1JbLO_zlLxI/видео.htmlsi=ODoxv5RZCXTvELfk. I hope you enjoy this version. I love it myself. Thanks so much for your reactions video for this song. ❤❤❤ It is MJ's message to the world - he was always saying don't read and believe what the tabloids say about him. The industry and media were all out to destroy Michael because he was too famous and had a lot of world influence - plus lets not forget Sony wanted the publishing catalog he owned - he purchased it in the 80's and it was worth so much more. The video you presented by creator Pitou World is very artistic I agree - I have seen other content from this channel as well. You can see an alternate universe of Michael Jackson has been created with AI videos. Love both your reactions - MJ's message about the tabloids and fake media is so true up to this day. Would love it if you do a live cast of MJ content - I hope it will be in my timezone EST in U.S.A... Thanks again guys and hope you have a nice weekend. 🙏🙏🙏 God bless you all my dear friends and little moonwalker :-) :-) Michael Jackson is forever and forever innocent. His music and legacy is timeless. Let keep sharing with the universe :-) :-) 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤👑👑👑

And you all didn’t have the lyric version of the song son you really missed a lot of what he was saying. The song was more directed at the false allegations in 93.

Dangerous is my favorite album, but lyrically, HIStory album was on another level; many songs on this album, such as 'They Don't Care About Us, Earth Song, Money, Scream, and Tabloid Junkie,' are still relevant today and, unfortunately, may be forever. It really crazy that almost 90% of MJ's songs are still relevant and address major global issues; he tried so hard to change the world as much as he could on his side, but at the same time, the media/tabloids labelled him as a monster and portrayed him as evil to the public, and the sad thing is that many people believed blindly what they see or read on TV and newspapers, which is why I love this song so much and it holds a special place in my heart; the lyrics hit so hard. This is an underrated classic. Thank you and love you, Honey & Brown 🩵❤️

I want y’all two beautiful souls to React to Michael Jackson “Little Susie” next it shows how MJ was on a different wave length apart just from any musician ever that song is remarkable I feel y’all would 100% be stunned I’m so dead serious. (I got curious and did the numbers actually and MJ would have had 500+ monthly listeners on Spotify/Streaming Services (scaled for the current world population). It’s not even close lol that’s tripling the amount of any artist that currently has the most monthly listeners on Spotify or Streaming Services in general.)

When a 17-year-old teenager from a small town in India listens to Michael Jackson on daily basis in 2025, you know Michael Jackson is still making a big impact in every part of the world. I genuinely believe that Michael Jackson will never be forgotten, no matter how many times media/tabloids try to erase his legacy; MJ was much more than just a musician.

  • @Milkers777
    @Milkers777 День назад

I would say “Tabloid Junkie” is more Angry/Passionate MJ, he was FED TF UP!!! And let it be known these media outlets are all FULL OF IT! And have it out for MJ it was all a witch hunt and the media would take any inkling of MJ’s false allegations and apply that he was in definite guilt or label him “Wacko Jacko” smh👑🗞️💯(Speaking on the song itself, it’s one of my favourite MJ songs. The intro where you can hear him beatboxing, the chorus, harmonies. The speed and raspy tone of the his voice in the verses he’s basically rapping in staccato. And it all still sounds fresh and I’m still picking up tiny details like him stomping his foot or clicking his fingers in the background even though I’ve heard it more times than I can count. The HIStory album in general doesn’t get enough praise outside of the fanbase. Everything Michael did on that album was just so iconic. The lyrics, the political statements, the chances he took, his vocal styles, the vulnerability, it’s truly a masterpiece. We already know why this album didn’t receive the same love as his other masterpieces tho because Michael was at WORK exposing the tabloids, governments and corruption. They truly didn’t enjoy seeing a black man with so much power and the fact all of their great white hopes getting surpassed by Michael he surpassed Elvis,The Beatles etc. & bought the Sony/ATV Catalog which included roughly over 750,000 songs by multiple artists within the music industry. They hated a smart black business man. That’s the thing they thought MJ’s mind was always on music which it usually was but they wouldn’t think the artist of his caliber would outthink them and I’m sure as hell after he passed they wouldn’t want to believe that this man’s music would live on this long and become so timeless. And one would ask why is Michael Jackson so extremely timeless?! It's because Michael made his own brand/conglomerate of music he was and is an innovator as well as a pioneer. Most artists tend to jump on the current bandwagon/current sound to remain relevant. Inevitably, their music ends up blending into the sounds of the time. Only he has achieved this where Michael kept his artistic integrity while still remaining current, mainly by being his own biggest rival/competitor. It reminds me of the MJ quote ‘Study the greats & become greater’. He really did that! His albums are absolutely timeless sonically and spiritually and I absolutely love that about them. However, if you put those tracks against their contemporaries within the same era or any generation, Michael’s music just stands out! So instead of just becoming old school classics of the time, they remain a solid timeless masterpiece. MJ is the only artist who operated in this way, whose musicality I deeply respect. There is MJ at 1 and everybody else fighting for an extremely distant 2nd. This is factual what I’m getting ready to say…Michael Jackson was the angel of music sent by God to his people on earth. If one is looking for words to describe Michael Joseph Jackson The King Of Music, I have to say to them I’m sorry there are truly no words on earth to describe him. He was a true anomaly! Not to mention, he’s apart of the Jackson 5/The Jacksons The Greatest Boy Band Of All Time! That means MJ sold over 150 million records worldwide before he even went solo a true prodigy, he’s incomparable.)

And to be honest, everyone’s comments are so kind and thoughtful, reading it really gives us the energy to keep going and everyone’s thoughts are so interesting and positive too, so we love engaging all the time!❤️ We both read comments throughout the day, but my husband does the response most of the time. I did respond more before, but I’m still getting used to getting back to the swing of things of editing + working more now and just taking care of our little one and maintaining the household. Not that he doesn’t do that either, but we find that he’s just faster at responding. I’m a bit of a slow poke🤣 But we do sometimes spend an evening of both responding and sitting down to read the comments together and until now, we’re still in awe that people even still comments to us! 🥰 - honey❤️

80s and 90s era was dominated by rock bands in terms of record sales and live shows especially worldwide, and 70s rock titans were still active in that era with live shows and MJ was the only solo act who was neck to neck with them on pulling crowds, putting on electrifying shows and selling records. Also, seeing this transition of MJ must have been enigmatic cuz he was also the same little 11 years old kid once singing ABC from Motown era in the 70s.

Michael actually took this song off the original setlist for his performance in London, when Princess Diana was scheduled to attend. He didn't want to offend her, but when she told him it was her favorite song, he placed it back in the show.

Yes, that story is such a testament to Michael’s thoughtfulness and his connection to his audience! He was always so mindful of how his music might be received, especially by someone like Princess Diana. The fact that she told him Dirty Diana was her favorite song is such a great moment-it shows how much his music resonated with her too. Michael putting the song back into the show just for her speaks volumes about his respect for her and his fans. It’s little stories like this that remind us why he was not just an incredible artist but also a deeply considerate person. Such an iconic and memorable moment in music history! Thank you so much for your comment! We truly appreciate it!!! Much love from the both of us

Thank you for the awesome suggestions! The director’s cut of Dirty Diana sounds incredible-I’d love to see how it adds more depth and meaning to an already iconic video. Definitely putting that on the list! Captain EO is such a legendary piece of MJ history. A collaboration with Disney and Francis Ford Coppola? That’s pure magic. And of course, Moonwalker and the full version of Ghosts are absolute must-watches for any MJ fan-they showcase his artistry and creativity in such unique ways. Thanks for the recommendations! We’ll definitely look into reacting to these gems. Stay tuned! 🎶✨

When Michael Jackson on his Bad concert Tour in the UK Princess Diana attended one of the shows. Going into the show he took "Dirty Diana" out of the show out respect for her. Prior to the show Princess Diana asked him if he's performing the song and he told her no. She revealed to him "Dirty Diana" was her favorite song!

That story is such a classic and shows both Michael's thoughtfulness and Princess Diana's playful side! He was so considerate to take Dirty Diana out of the setlist, thinking it might be inappropriate, but her revealing that it was her favorite song is just so iconic. It’s a beautiful moment that highlights the mutual admiration between two legends. Michael putting that level of care into his decisions, even down to the setlist, is part of what made him so special. And Diana’s reaction? It just makes the story all the more unforgettable! Truly a moment of music history to treasure. 🎶✨ MJ is truly a masterpiece!!! Long live the legend... Thank you so much for your comment!!!

Hi honey & brown. Wow finally --- welcome back you guys. How are you two and little moonwalker doing. Thank you for showing Dirty Diana. This is one of my most favorite of Michael performing... Honey, you know Michael started tearing his shirts in the Victory tour - love those moments - he's shy but bold and cocky at the same time. That's how he felt at the moment - so much emotion in his performances. I have to tell you - I believe this was about Diana - there are so many songs that are probably about Diana. You have to listen to his lyrics - he tells of his pain and his emotions - every song is a message from Michael. Great reaction video - thanks so much. Please do more - I've missed you guys. I hope you have a very happy Christmas holiday and a happy and healthy new year for all and your family. God bless and be well. 🥰🥰🥰♥♥♥🙏🙏🙏🎄🎄🎄🌟🌟🌟

He said from his mouth time and time again this was about groupues, not once did he said it was about her, and Quincy Jones the producer also confirned that. Diana Ross was his friend, he wouldn't write such a song about her, this was a song about his experience with groupies since he was a child seeing his older brothers with them but he ALWAYS sang with emotion even as a child when he hadn't even written the songs he sang and hadn't even gone through what the lyrics said at the time, at the end of the day, if he said it's about groupies, then it is about groupies.

Aww, thank you so much for the warm welcome back! We’ve missed you too-it’s always such a joy hearing from you. We’re doing great, and little Moonwalker is growing so fast and keeping us on our toes! Almost 18 months old now!!! 😊 We hope you’re doing well too and having a wonderful holiday season. You’re absolutely right about Michael’s performances-he poured every bit of his emotion into them. That mix of shyness, boldness, and raw vulnerability is what made him so unique. Those shirt-tearing moments were iconic-so much passion and intensity in everything he did. And his lyrics? They’re like an open diary of his soul, filled with messages and emotions that keep us connected to him. Thank you for your kind wishes and lovely comment-it really means a lot to us. We’ll definitely keep the reactions coming, especially for timeless MJ moments like this one! Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year as well. God bless you and your family! 💖🎄✨

“Dirty Diana” ~ The song was written by Michael Jackson. Produced by Quincy Jones & Michael Jackson. The song was released by Epic Records on April 18, 1988, as the 5th single from the album “BAD”. It presents a harder rock sound similar to “Beat It” from the album “Thriller” and a guitar solo by Steve Stevens (Billy Idol’s guitarist). The song’s lyrics pertain to “groupies”. Initial reports at the time suggested the song was a poke at his close friend Diana Ross. However, it was later denied. In fact, Diana Ross started using the song as an overture at her concerts shortly before appearing on stage. In an interview from 1987 Ebony Jet, MJ later confirmed that the song’s lyrics were about groupies. “I love ‘Dirty Diana’. That’s one of my favorites, because it’s a life story of a groupie - I hate to say the word “groupie” but that’s what it is. And it’s something that I’ve experienced and a lot of people who grow up on the road - like me. I don’t remember not performing.” - MJ. “Dirty Diana”, similar to BAD’s previous singles, charted within the top 20 and top 10 worldwide though receiving mixed reviews from critics. It was a commercial success worldwide in 1988, charting at #1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 on 7/2/88 after climbing the chart for 9 weeks. It spent a total of 14 weeks on the Hot 100. The song also charted within the top ten in multiple countries, including the Uk, France, Italy, and New Zealand. In 2009, after Michael’s death, the song re-entered charts, mainly due to digital download sales. The song charted at No. 18 on the French Digital Singles Chart on 7/4/09. On 7/12/09, the song peaked at #13 on the Swiss Singles Chart. “Dirty Diana” re-entered the UK charts on 7/4/09, at #50 and the following week peaked at #26. “Michael said, ‘We’re going to start some new songs.’ I never knew when we were going to do a song what the song was for, but the first song I started on with Michael was ‘Dirty Diana’” - engineer Matt Forger. John Tatlock of “The Quietus” regards the song as an attempt to recreate “the pop-rock alchemy of “Beat It”. In his “BAD” review, “Los Angeles Times” Richard Cromelin describes “Dirty Diana” as a hard rock song, writing, “’Dirty Diana’ is trying to be this year’s ‘Beat It’ - a hard-rock song about a tenacious groupie that’s sent into orbit by a Steve Stevens guitar solo.” Jon Pareles, a writer for “The New York Times”, viewed “Dirty Diana” as a song about a “groupie who latches onto the narrator, mixes the sexual fears of “Billie Jean” with the hard-rock lead guitar of ‘Beat It’.” In his “BAD” review, Thom Duffy, music critic for the “Orlando Sentinel”, wrote that “Dirty Diana, a tale of a maliciously seductive fan, finds Jackson doing credible heavy-metal rock wailing,” which, the critic said, was “accompanied by a solo from Steve Stevens, the guitarist from Billy Idol’s band.” Jonathan Takiff of “The Philadelphia Inquirer” also noted elements of heavy metal in “Dirty Diana”, writing, “Plus, to tap the rock crowd (in the style of the ‘Thriller’ crossover smash ‘Beat It’ with Eddie Van Halen), Michael cut a heavy metal-tinged ‘Dirty Diana’ featuring Billy Idol’s guitar sizzler Stevie Stevens.” A music video for “Dirty Diana” was filmed in front of a live audience and released in 1988. The five-minute short film was directed by Joe Pytka. It was filmed in March of 1988 in Long Beach, California. The woman who appears in the video is model Lisa Dean, chosen over hundreds of girls who auditioned for the role. She had previously modeled in a Levi’s 501 commercial. She earned a modest $300 a day for the short film. It won the “Number-One Video in the World” at the 1st World Music Awards held on 4/14/89. It’s featured on the DVD albums “Number Ones”, “Michael Jackson’s Vision”, and the Target version DVD of “BAD 25” “Dirty Diana” was performed during Jackson’s BAD World Tour concerts from 1987 to 1989, but only in the second leg, as the 10th song in the setlist. MJ stated that the song also wasn’t about Lady Diana, he’s quoted saying “I wrote a song called ‘Dirty Diana’. It was not about Lady Diana. It was about certain kinds of girls that hang around concerts or clubs, you know, they call them groupies. I’ve lived with that all my life. These girls…they do everything with the band, everything you could imagine. So I wrote a song called ‘Dirty Diana’. But I took it out of the (Wembley) show in honor of her royal highness. She took me away and she said, ‘Are you going to do Dirty Diana?‘ So, I said, ‘No, I took it out of the show because of you.‘ She said, ‘No! I want you to do it…do it…do the song.” - MJ. This Is It concert series choreographer, Kenny Ortega, stated in an interview that “Dirty Diana” was going to be performed by Michael for the concerts. Ortega said that Jackson had planned to rehearse the song before he died. The set up for the song would include an expert pole dancer who would lure Jackson onto a giant steel bed on which she performed acrobatic feats. It’s been sampled in 27 songs within the music industry in total. LONG LIVE MJ THE KING OF MUSIC FOREVER! Truly The Most Versatile Music Artist To Ever Exist!👑🖤🎸🔥🌟

My man... always dropping that knowledge! Always appreciate hearing from you! Thank you for sharing so much info about “Dirty Diana” and Michael Jackson’s creative process. It’s fascinating to see how much depth and history surround this iconic song, from its inspiration and production to its live performances and chart success. The anecdote about Princess Diana asking Michael to perform the song is such a memorable moment-it really highlights MJ’s thoughtfulness and her playful side. Those two truly were such kindred spirits for one another, hey? And the collaboration with Steve Stevens for that searing guitar solo definitely added a unique edge to the track, making it stand out even more. This comment is a treasure trove of knowledge for any MJ fan or music enthusiast. Truly, Michael’s versatility and artistry remain unmatched. Long live the King of Pop! 👑🎶

@@honey.brown.popcultered It’s always been my pleasure to give context to the song and impact in which the song or even music video/short film or performance differs from each other in a uniquely manner. And looking back on it in hindsight etc. to give you that perspective as well so it’s and honor to do this to accompany within your MJ journey I never get tired of doing this.
