I chose to do this one today, having heard the sad news yesterday of Lesley's passing this weekend. Seeing her shine in this sequence, with such grace and elegance, and with such spirit - it's just so hard to believe that she is gone. She will never be gone though, so long as her work continues through us all. Namaste and rest well sweet Lesley. xx

It took me a while to gather myself to practice with her videos again, but this way her legacy stays alive and this is my way of honouring her and her work. So much gratitude to this Light that she IS.

For a while after her passing I couldn't take my mind off the fact that her sons and husband would never hug her again in this life, so it was too emotionally charged. Now, I am loving practicing with her again and as you said, we will continue her work within us all. x

Then I remembered one of the quotes from a Fightmaster Yoga practice video about Tai Chi that inspired me to practise with Lesley again, 'You are the forward edge of the wave that is moving endlessly forwards pushed by the entire ocean of the past'

You are a wonderful soul and are missed by people you didn't even know you have helped so much, including me. The light in me will forever see and honor the light in you. Doing daily sessions with your videos has pulled me out of the darkest time of my life and I feel the best I have in over a decade. I'm so thankful and happy that I'm not just moving through the motions anymore but actually living how I always hoped to... thank you.

I share your videos to my friends because they’re easy to follow and simple. Me and my friends are already in our 40’s, so we need routines that are not complicated, energizing and relaxing at the same time just like your videos :) 😉 👍

Is it okay, for me to say that I prefer your voiceover vs. when you are speaking live? The voiceover instructions are so much smoother (but that is me, maybe others prefer it live).
