I have an old back injury, and I hurt it in a HIIT workout a few days ago. I wanted to ease back into stretching and did this video. I feel less stiff and more relaxed after... Thank you for that! Looking forward to trying the alignment course. Have a great day!

I was a little late but I just finished the 30 day fix and I feel so good everyday after work! it's really amazing what yoga can do! I have been practicing for about 8 years on and off and your videos are by far the best for at home!

Very nice practice. Thank you for allowing us to access them so we can follow along. My challenge is from rotator cuff on both shoulders last year. November 9th was the right shoulder. Many things I cannot do using that arm but I’m trying and working back to regain strength and flexibility . My left is almost back to normal. I have hopes for this one as well. It’s a 6-12 month process.
Thank you so much! Yes, that is long process. It sounds like you're doing a great job working with it. I'd recommend holding plank poses instead of practicing chatturanga until you're fully healed.

Hi Leslie I really enjoy your yoga videos and calm demeanor. I’ve been doing yoga at home for many years. I am currently 8 weeks postpartum. I was wondering if your alignment program would be good for me as I’m still recovering from a c section I haven’t been sure how to go about restarting an exercise program. I have some extra weight and my core is still weak so I’m looking to get back into my practice without injuring myself ( I did do prenatal yoga including some of your videos for most of my pregnancy but had severe hip pain in my third trimester so I had to stop luckily it went away after I had my baby)
Hello Melinda! Thank you so much for your sweet message. I think the alignment course would be great for you. Just be sure to get clearance from your doctor that it's safe for your to begin your practice. Also, take it easy. I can't stress that enough. I've had 2 c-sections and it's super important to listen to your body as you're getting back to your practice. Avoid anything that causes pain or pulling sensations. I had severe sciatica during the third trimester of my last pregnancy and had to stop for a month or so as well. My pain went away as well, but pelvis was misaligned and it took some time to get balanced again. In fact, my right hip is still a bit tighter than my left, and my boys are 11 and 13 now! I hope you enjoy the alignment course! :-)
I like your alignment tips as you go along. My only complaint is getting in and out of the poses seems a little rushed. I have only been doing yoga for a year so maybe its because I am still a newbie, but sometimes I need a moment to settle into a pose and do a mental check of the alignment you describe as you go along. I need just a second or two more.

This was a great practice. Every time I am challenged by you, I remember how you said these challenges are like the challenges of life, they only last a moment. I also applied the technique you shared with me to go from downward dog to leg forward and I was so excited to see how well it worked for the right leg; not so much the left leg. Ever evolving. Thank you sooooo much! I love bracelets and crystals so many of the bracelets I wear have to do with crystals that I like to wear to help with grounding and balancing the 1st 3 chakras. I was also given a bracelet as a gift from my teacher training assisitant and she got it from "Rope the moon" I like Satya jewery as well. They can be a bit pricey so I've also found some fun pieces on Etsy and even Amazon. :-)

Hi Leslie, I’m overweight and your videos have been helping build up my strength! I’m able to do all the downward dogs and cobras, but at the end I get wrist pains. Should I wrap them with like ace bandages before practicing?
