Hey Tim, what I particularly liked about this practice was the time and pace you allowed for the vinyasas. In other videos, they can sometimes feel rushed and I find I lose focus on my technique to match your speed. Today was a great balance of speed and technique for me :) I also really enjoyed the balance sequence. It was challenging and I felt the burnnn! I agree with others, it would be great to see a longer isolation challenge on your channel during this time. I really enjoyed the7-day one you did recently. Thanks Tim!

At the end of the day, simple sequencing is the best, allows you to engage and stretch the muscles, focus and breathe. Loved this practice this morning all the way in Sri Lanka, with sounds of the jungle and the distant rumbling of the monsoon waves surrounding me.

I would love for you to start another 30-day challenge. I have saved links to the 2019 and 2020 New Year's challenges and I return to them often and always discover a new experience. Still, there is no substitute for a new 30-day challenge because of the sense of connectedness and community it builds. I'm in!

The side plank with the bent leg is great for my hips. I like the slow pace of the vinyasas too. It was a good balance challenge.

Thanks for the class, Tim. This was the right pace and strength for me after a day of staring at the same four walls - enough time to hold. I'd be interested in a new challenge. In this quarantine time, having a sense of accomplishment is key for my sanity -- I might even like two 15-day challenges to get that boost of satisfaction. Contrived success! Thanks as always.

Thank you Tim, i finally got to this class. There is never anything to comment negatively about any parts of your classes; theyre in there because theyre meant to be in there and at that moment in time, i take the opportunity to complete the poses as best i can. The core work today was particularly challenging and i was finally able to hold high boat with straight legs! I give thanks to you and your instruction today. 🙇♀️🙇♀️❣🍀🤗🙏

BRAVO!!! Fabulous class🙏🏼 I typically shy away from POWER yoga classes. But this felt more like a Hatha Flow class which is energetic with breath connection in my knowledge. I could move through the poses comfortably, feeling confident and energized !
