I have been trying a lot of your different vinyasa flow routines but I always come back to this one, it’s the perfect balance and hard enough that I need to push myself further every time to get better

So good! No ads. No extra chatter. Long holds challenging. Injured myself in wheel once,so this was a nice trip back. Gentle but challenging. There was a difference in my body after this one. Thank you!
Did this at home during coronavirus lockdown- from the bottom of my heart, thank you! This was a great class and I really loved having 1 instructor and 1 model, it made things much nicer to follow. I almost felt like I was in a real class! Very challenging too, and I have been practicing on and off for 13+ years, so not new- and this had me sweating! I cannot afford your patreon unfortunately as my industry has been totally shut down for 3 weeks now, and I have no income. Scary times. Nice to have yoga to help keep us centered. Thank you again.

Hi Tim, practice was nice and you are a very sincere and serious teacher. Which is positive! Commercial breaks were a bit to much. And also the allignement cues were a bit to much for me personally.

Really enjoy your lessons, Tim’s instructions and little tips are extremely helpful, though the pace is quite challenging for me. I have only been doing yoga for 2 months and have noticed a remarkable improvement. I used to see sun salutations being practiced around me growing up but never thought much of it, now lots of respect and getting both my boys to practice with me everyday. Thank you.

i don't have the most flexible hamstrings so some of the cues in this video were things i was doing but it's great to have affirmation from the instructor that bending my knees makes sense.

Tim was always one of my favorite. I believe this lovely flow has no less than 10 interruptions of commercials. That defeats the purpose.

Proof ,my double pigeons at the end were nearly perfect ,this pose used to be so hard for me before and impossible in the morning !!!

That was great! I find now that I am mastering the poses and I want focus more on turning my energy inward. How I’m working on this is to just listen to the audio by turning my iPod over. If I need to refer back it’s just an easy flip. Small tip for anyone looking to explore a different level of practice. Thanks, Tim.
