    An amazing yoga workout. I cannot believe i can have access to such a high quality yoga class on line. This level off teaching would cost a fortune normally, the content is so beautifully orchestrated . I feel so invigorated afterwards . Thank you so much Tim you are a yoga superstar.

    Tip top Tim - nice pace and just the right time in each posture 👍 am not quite there on the arm balances - the tower of cards collapsed in a heap of arms and legs I am afraid 😄👍🌻🌈

    One of the most balanced yoga classes I've done in awhile. A good mix of balancing postures, flows, and stretching while still being challenging. Great practise!

    I think I’ve done almost every class of your here on YT, this is one of my top three. It has it all, the explanations, the length of class, the explanations (yes I meant to say that twice) and the “flow”. A great format!!! Your the best!

    I started yoga when I was really down (sad), it was only reason to leave bed in morning and slowly everything was changing and it became part of me. When I found your challenge, I felt stronger connection with my body and everythingaround me. Now I started another challenge and I practice twice a day. So thank you for giving a whole new and better meaning to everything. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    This is my favourite video of all time. I love the deep stretches and the slower pace of this practice. Would love more of this length with the same type of almost relaxing moves. Love love love this one, thanks Tim 🖤

    It is a revelation when I can fit a class over an hour into the day - this was really great! That is the first time that I have ever done downward facing dog with toes curled under, that is a very interesting feeling. Very impressed with that flying pose - I did my best but that will take much more practice for me. Your point is well taken about the ego when it comes to trying to achieve a pose (although if I could manage that flying pose, I would have to suppress the urge to shout it from the rooftops or drop off my application at Cirque du Soleil 🙂) Great job as always, thanks Tim!

    love those additional arm balances!! The first side I was twisted the wrong way and fell on my face laughing, thinking “well there is always side two”
    then i got up!! extending the legs- wooooweeee yessir, gotta keep practicing!!

      @@yogawithtim Also I around 45min I was thinking I’d drop out into my own savasana but I didnt and stayed and I felt SO good after. in savasana I connected to the Witnessing energy of myself and found total contentment for a few moments, so thank you soooo much!! Truly amazing!!

    Loved this longer, gentle class! Arm balance on the right... okish, on the left 😳.... it’s like my brain has no idea how to put me into the balance, crazy!! Apart from that one move absolutely ace 🙏🙏🙏🙏

    I have been doing the Quarantine Challenge and I really enjoyed the calm, slow pace of this and the additional explanations you gave of the poses. I'm not yet ready to join the conscious movement community, but I think that will be an inevitable next step soon. I modified some of the poses: when you did those twisted arm balances, I just practised crow pose; I did downward dog on my forearms instead of headstand and when you were standing up, holding your big toe with a straight leg, I used a strap (I can't stand up straight and hold my big toe). I still felt it was a good session: less tiring than days 3 and 5 of the quarantine challenge but very satisfyingly thorough and a great compliment to that series. Thanks for all you do.

    Thanks, Tim! This was a great practice. I liked everything about it. I had never tried down dog resting on the tops of my feet. OUCH! I may never be able to do that. I am also far from doing the arm balance in this practice but I did manage to get myself into the correct position on both sides without falling over. I enjoy the long shavasana too. Namaste.

    I liked this so much, I did it two days in a row, pretty rare for me. A really nice balance of challenging and rejuvenating, and the deep hip stretches at the end felt amazing!
