    Yes please!!!! Homebound teacher here. Normally we teachers are on our feet moving around for much of the day. Now I'm sitting at a computer for hours on end. Yoga has always been good to me, but now is indispensable. I would LOVE and make good use of quarantine challenge. Thank you Tim!

    Thank you so much for the new video!! I do your videos all the time, and my usual go-to is the hour long format. This class is exactly what I want for my at-home practice. This flow was a good solid intermediate 2/3. I don't generally do inversions but I appreciate that you give us the opportunity in your classes. You're by far my favorite on-line instructor.

    I'm in on the quarantine! Still working through the 2020 challenge but definitely would be up for something targeted to helping us through this time...dealing with fear/anxiety, increasing awareness of our impact on the natural world and how it can lead to these things, etc.

    I love yours and Fightmasters yoga lessons. This was excellent, I like when you don’t talk to much. I am 55 years old and have been training a lot in my life. I feel yoga is becoming more and more important because of my age. I can feel my joints getting stifer and my shoulders are not so ok. Because of my yoga, running and weight lifting my body is still working. Thank you!

    OMG TIM!!! I have been practicing Yoga daily for 19 months now, I am also a Yoga Instructor, and OMG you just kicked my butt!! Honestly, I am going to practice with you for a while until I feel I can hold these poses properly. Some were great, I am already pretty flexible and strong, but others were a challenge, and I loved it! The level is great and challenging and everything I need to motivate me to get my diet back in order and get my daily practice back on track again. THANK YOU! Namaste

    Great class by the way! I love those 50 min level 2/3 sequences it is so much more challenging even though the twisted triangles are so difficult for me. But I guess I the more I practise the easier it will become. Could we ask for more of them please? I feel so good, so calm, so light after a yoga class. It’s just magic! Thank you so much Tim!

    Please please please let's do a quarantine challenge!! We would, of course, appreciate new videos every day but I think making a monthly schedule of your past videos with additional new ones would be just amazing!     I have been following the 30-40 minute videos and was slightly reluctant to try this one. It was hard for me, and got me a bit sweaty in a good way. I found the most difficult pose was the Warrior 3 with the twist and twisted triangle. I have a very tight waist, in particular my left side. Thanks again for all your efforts in putting these online.

    This was a step up for me. I chose this to get an idea of where I am. It was a good challenge and flow. I have been doing your practice for a little less than a year, but have been sticking with the 30 day challenges and the “what’s next” practices on conscious movement. I think I kept up pretty well.     Hi tim! thanks so much for this video. Yoga with Tim is my bright spot in the day but especially this day when I am very sad for our world. Today I am staying in prayer for the world. I am convinced the world will pull through this with many lessons. Everyone please pray that the victims of this virus do not suffer. I am hearing it is a painful virus and even more painful death.     I like the length of this class better than the 30 minutes . An hour class will be supper , thx ,!

    this session felt very fluid, I loved how each pose melt into the net one. It gets gently more challenging without getting overwhelming

    In for the quarantine challenge! This was was rough for me. I haven’t been practicing as much as I’d like to do a quarantine challenge would get me back in the game!!!
