    Hey Swithers!
It's great to meet someone else in this niche bro. So far I've discovered 20 of us creators in this niche! I like the skill you chose, what a classic, the Muscle up like Mike Boyd once attempted! I'm subbing and supporting everyone in this niche spreading the love (I think that's what it should be about since it's such a small niche) so can't wait to see more of your content bro! Keep 'em coming 🌎🔥⚡

So all I need is a 'rocky-esque' training montage and then I will be able to do this too :P (Joking, that was very impressive... meanwhile I struggled to do 15 press ups the other day!)

Great job man👍🏼 Although I don’t think it counts as “strict” because of the straight leg kip, but it’s definitely a lot cleaner looking and a massive step in the right direction. Ideally, as I’m sure you know, you want to keep your body in a straight line for it to be counted as “ strict”. (No bending at hips or knees)

Thanks man! Cheers for the compliments :)
I've seen conflicting definitions on what counts as 'strict' or not. Might change title etc to read 'clean' instead of 'strict' as you are right there is still hinging at the hips
