I will try this recipe and let you know. I have made a lot of your recipes and have really liked them. I have bell pepper or Capsicum as we call them in OZ growing in my garden. I have never tried a vegetable lasagna before only the meat version.

I would eliminate the green pepper as they don’t like me 😊
