My wife doesn’t like meat lasagna and I hate white sauce vegetable lasagna. I found this recipe and I have made this about 20x now throughout the past 1yr and half. It truly is a great lasagna that one can tweak or leave as is. The chili flakes are a great way to had the heat that it needs.
This was like the 3rd proper dish I’ve ever cooked in my life and it turned out incredibly, I am actually shocked at how simple yet amazing it was. Thank-you so much!!!

I followed your recipe to the T. BTW, I found you while searching for a lasagna for my daughter, she is a vegetarian. And I wanted to try and please her .she was going to take it to her home, i did not want it.cause my family has never eaten anything like this .needless to say.the pan did not make it out the door. EVERYONE LOVED it..excellent.ill never make a another meat lasagna ever again. Thank you it was SO simple to prepare.
I made this but changed up the veges to zuchini, onions, mushrooms, and sweet peppers -- it's the bomb... my husband said it was the best lasagna ever! And I made my own noodles instead of boxed...

I'm on the meat less journey I'm 3 months meat free and actually I don't miss it I prepare meals for the rest of my family but I make me a separate meal from theirs this does look good imma definitely try it in not a mushroom eater but I'm trying to incorporate different vegetables into my new way of eating I'm not a egg plant eater either but imma have to change my mindset when it comes to vegetables one day at a time 👍

Enjoyed the recipe a lot, had family over for a big Italian dinner and everyone loved it. A few comments on what I changed. I had to modify the sauce after adding the 1/2 cup of oil and 2 cups of water. I strained out as much of the oil and water as I could. Next time I will only add oil to the bottom of the pan to sauté the onions and garlic, and would only use about a half cup of water. The original sauce was way to oily and to watered down. Besides that the lasagna was delicious. Thank you so much for the great recipe. I will be making it often.
I love your process for layering. It seems easy to disburse the same measurements to each layer and lessons the mess factor. Good job!! I am going to do this holiday weekend. God Bless.

I never cook my lasagna and its really lasagna. Put the sauce on the bottom of the pan and layer as usual and all of the noodles will be cooked.And I have to say finally a vegetarian lasagna with red sauce. So many people make it with white sauce. Love this video!! Thanks!
My only suggestion is to make the sauce a day before, Italian sauce usually will tasted better when all the ingredients have rested for a day or two, this a really great recipe and very easy way to make this dish. Buon Appetito
