    My name is Marzena and I have been teaching water aerobics for over 20 years now. Let me show you my recent routine.
    We will begin with a warm up. Next, we will alternate the most fun, yet challenging standing and floating Water Pilates exercises, that will improve your posture, strengthen your entire body and help you to even out any body imbalances.
    I created this 90 minute workout especially for those who want to try low impact , highly efficient pre designed Aqua Class, where each exercise is repeated just enough to challenge the particular muscle group and quickly flows into the next one….with me, your virtual aqua instructor explaining the proper technique, execution of each more, providing the right number of repetitions , motivating and guiding you every step of the way…
    My head is full of new fun ideas of how to make this journey into water fitness safe, fun and extremely effective.

    Are these special water Ankle weights? Or can I use my regular ankle weights that I use for exercising. With gratitude 🙏
