    Hola mi entrenadora favorita necesito preguntarte cómo puedo dominar las pesas de los tobillos ya que la primera vez que lo hice casi me ahogo porque me hundió ayúdame por favor vivo en Honduras y soy tu fans número uno te admiro mucho Marcena y necesito me respondas traducido al español ya que no sé inglés Y sí pudieras en RUclips hacerlo los videos en español yo sería muy feliz te mando un fuerte abrazo y me contestas por favor gracias feliz fin de semana y gracias por esos videos tan hermosos

      Hola Querido Amigo de Honduras! Sugiero usar pesas en los tobillos al principio solo para ejercicios de pie. Sólo cuando tus piernas y tu core estén lo suficientemente fuertes podrás empezar a hacer ejercicios de flotación y sujetarte a la pared. ¡Nunca uses pesas en los tobillos con fideos o mancuernas cuando flotes! sólo para ejercicios de pie. Las tobilleras son una gran adición, pero pueden ser peligrosas si no se ventilan adecuadamente, especialmente para los estudiantes más nuevos sin supervisión. Le mando millones de besos y abrazos a mi mejor alumno de Honduras :)

Me dijo que mejor no las usará que pueden ser un peligro, yo veo todos tus videos y las manejas muy bien, yo tengo casi 68 años y creo mejor no usarlas, la entrenadora es nadadora profesional y me aconsejo mejor no, agradezco tu mensaje y siempre seré tu fans igualmente me se casi todos tus ejercicios, gracias eres mi inspiración
