    Why and how is it possible to do the excercises in water easily? I can do lunges in water or jumping which I can't do otherwise. Also do I burn as much? Please explain the mechanics and effectiveness of water excercise

      as many as your body can tolerate! Don't push too hard, but don't be afraid to exercise every day
