Day 2 of 30 day hard challenge is completed 🙂. My core is on 🔥. Also, I completed my 30 min outdoor activity. I ran 1 1/2 miles for 50 mins with my 4 children at an outdoor track. I loved it and they had a blast. My diet is going great. My fitness pal helps me stay on track within my calories range. Thanks again Rachel for a great core etc workout today. I enjoyed this workout and felt the burn with the one leg glute bridge. Ouch. Left leg is stronger than my right leg. I’m right handed. lol. Thank you Rachel for all the great workouts. ❤️❤️❤️. One suggestion, if we can maximize the workout by using ankle weights or regular weights please share at the beginning. I never want to miss a second by stopping to apply the weights. 😁

aw thank u! I get cramping in my feet when pointing if I need to hydrate. I usually try to drink water or an electrolyte drink like Liquid IV before I film or workout! hopefully that helps:)

I am on my 3rd round of the 28 day for beginners - Love it. I want to start the x strength plan but can't find the video for day 17 Full Body with Dumbbells - length is 31:45
Day two of 30 done! This is my 3rd challenge, and they just keep getting harder and harder! 😅 I've never counted calories before, so this is interesting. I wonder how many calories one of these videos burns. I weigh more than I ever have before, so it's taking a while to lose weight even though I eat a pretty healthy vegan diet.
its hard to say bc everyone is different! and for the weight, esp if we are exercising more than usual, we can be gaining muscle but also losing fat, so even if the scale doesn't move, our body composition can still be changing!

I am new to Pilates..is the idea that you need to add cardio at a different time or is this considered a complete workout? I feel like I’m getting a great body workout, but wonder about the cardio. Thanks
yes it's a complete workout.. we do have some days of cardio but the majority of it is pilates/strength training :) but you can do cardio on your own if you like more!

I would try moving your other hand (the one that is supporting u while the other arm is moving)… try it closer to your body and further away and see if it makes a difference in how much your thighs have to work!
It’s a ton of work on the core and even the back muscles! That’s why I try to “layer” how hard it gets.. if u can’t do the version I do, it’s totally ok, just keep your foot on the ground for example or lift up a small amount from the floor. But don’t let it discourage you 🙂 This will definitely be one where u can come back & see progress!
